Right now I'm indulging. My niece brought us a shit load of home made cookies, fudge, cake, peanut butter bars, etc. This the one time of the year I allow myself to eat junk. I'm in heaven.

Roast beef in the oven. Not a prime rib..couldn't justify a whole roast for just me. Got a good sized round roast though, and leftovers go in chili. Oh yeah! leftover roast beef is awesome in ur chili :)

Oh yeah. Home made roast potatoes may not look pretty but they sure taste better. Sugarsnap peas and plantain. Come over for dinner any time, so we can go all hispanic on you x

beef lo mein, pork fried rice, egg foo yung, some spicy orange chicken, beef teriyaki, some kind of vegetable shit in sauce, chicken wings, boneless spareribs, some kind of dumplings, some shrimp stuff, and some other shit that i couldn't identify but ate anyway, all from a restaurant that is awesome.

we ate out of paper bowls/plates with plastic silverware.
prep time= >1 minute
cleanup= 3 minutes, only because we had to rearrange the fridge to fit leftovers.
