Warm White bulbs for flowering?

I have a plant that has entered the flowering stage as of yesterday. I have two 48'' warm white fluorescent tubes and three 26 watt warm white CFL bulbs. What I want to know is: is this sufficient light for a plant that was flowered at 3 weeks old, 7'' tall? Is it optimal light or is there better? My plant is looking good and i'll post pics if ya want, so i think the lights are ok, but im not sure.

TL;DR - Are warm white CFLs and tubes good?

the more light the better if youwant any kind of a yield, but yes you can flower with what you have.

i wouldn't use those but i guess they'll be ok i would recommend something that is actually made for growing those warm white bulbs are just regular lights aren't they?? I mean in my opinion you should do something right or not at all. No??

The two 48'' tubes are called ecogro and they said they made for flowering of plants, but they are still the same warm white color as the cfls
