Think about it, we are sending seeds in with other paraphernalia?!? we dont do that for your protection, we always ship seeds discreetly, stealthily and seperate from any of our other goods.....

Just so no over zealous customs or other enforcement can persecute you our customers.....

rest assurred that your seeds are on their way, if you want me to double check EMAIL ME jamesATeveryonedoesitDOTcom with your order number but if its ticked off your invoice its in the mail. guaranteed.

Please look at your post and re word it because it really is a little unfair....;-)

What does it say? To me it just says jinx with another x because jinx apparently is a very used username on the internet. If there is something wrong with the nick please do enlighten me. ;)

What I think is unfair is the fact that your company hasn't replied to 3 of my emails. You have not contacted me with regards to the missing items yourselves either, or even put anything on the invoice. Everything is just checked off - no further messages. That is not a nice way to run a business. The only reason I'm even getting into contact with you people is because I tracked you down on an off-site forum - not because you reply to my emails. That's pretty bad CS if you ask me.

As for sending seeds with other paraphernalia - the seeds I received were included with the papers so I don't get your point about sending seeds alone. But yes it was discretely put in a DVD-cover - and I do appreciate the sentiment.

I will be contacting you by email shortly with my order number because I would like official word from an employee that my items are on the way.

I am hoping you are able to resolve this issue because edit was an awesome site once at least.

As for rewording my original post - I will be happy to do so when this is resolved satisfactorily.

OK so now are you saying you got seeds, because your original post said you had everything BUT THE SEEDS!

For clarification as your email says the same thing, have you got the seeds, are you missing a part order? i.e. you have soime seeds but not all, or the full seeds part of the order I am now confused :-?

As for not replying to your emails you have had a reply off me withing 30 seconds of me getting the email.....I dont know about the CS department but they say they have responded to all emails and are up to date, have you checked your spam folder??

Dont worry you will get sorted out I just need more info, email me man lets take it off this forum for your privacy if nothing else.....

I've never ordered from edit, but I'm glad to see you here at least trying to take care of things. I think it's good customer service that you have more than one way to get in touch with EdIt! If the the normal CS line doesn't help that's not good but at least you're making an attempt to keep your customers happy. You seem to know that a lot of your customers are on this site and imo did the right thing joining here to help handle issues that slip by customer service! Even though I've seen a few bad reviews, you being here trying to take care of issues and seeing that some have been taken care of will help steer me to your site!

Your english is far superior to my scandinavian countries language (dont want to give your nationallity away ;-) )

Anyway its a sorry state of affairs and I will get to the bottom of it as soon as possible, you obviously are not happy with our sevice at the minute and I want to make you happy!

OK I think we should clear this up, Our customer service says allow 24 hours for a reply! In this case we got 2 emails within 8 hours of each other none of which were given time to reply.

I know responding on a public forum is not the best way to deal with customer complaints, but I will deal with complaints as I become aware of them, if thats through a public forum, then so be it. I have seeded my email address over a lot of forums and message boards people can just email me if needed.

I did it again ;-) our CS department is one of the best in the business bar none in my opinion....we stand by everything we do 100%. And in the past I have been the first to admit we have made mistakes.

Anyways I talked to another of your guys and he is sending out the missing items immediately. Also he requested a picture of the invoice so he could investigate the packaging and I have sent that to him right now.

All in all I think I'm very happy with where this is heading - and next time I think I will also give you a little more time to reply in.

I did say it's right that CS didn't respond, I'm saying be glad the company is on the forum trying to set thing right. Any other companies on here?

So then I started using grasscity and haven't had 1 single problem out of them. If they don't have it they won't sell it to you till it's in stock. You email them and they get back with you asap and tell you the truth. The only problem is they don't offer everything edit does. So once again I placed another order back in november when they had there big sale and here I am again getting dicked around. When I got my order the shorted me on my papers and sent a cheaper glass bowl then the one I ordered and I never receive the free gift they always say the are going to send. Contacted them and they said they would look into it and get back with me. In the mean time I noticed that the bowl that I had ordered and the papers are out of stock , so I email them and tried to trade the items for something different so I wouldn't have to wait and get angry. I finally got an email and it said that they passed this over to the warehouse for a reship and know they won't responde to known of my emails through there customer service ticket requests. I seen on here that james from edit say's to email him and he'll get to the bottom of it but no answer from him either. That's no way to run a business and treat people that pay your bills. I guess i'll receive it when I receive it and know not to ever use edit again. GRASSCITY ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I am dealing with this and you only sent the email to me on the 4th January at 14.19 and I responded on the 4ht January at 16:01 I will resend that email but I dont know why you didnt get that email, everyone knows I always respond.

I still have not got to the bottom of this, but I have now informed the Operations Director who is looking into this personally for you.

the glass bowl you got was, I have been told a more expensive upgrade, and we are always putting extra skins, or something in the boxes.....

I need a ticket number T, for me to trace the responses but every ticket is, or should be responded too within 24 hours, if thats not the case I want to know about it.

And I have again forwarded the email I sent you two days ago.....

We always send out a free gift be that a wristband or rolling papers everyone gets something.....
 
I just want to say thank you for taken action on this and if everything works out the way you say i'll think about using you guys again. Like I said you guys have things others don't have.

Wish I would have read this thread before I recently placed an order with EDIT. I purchased some items that were supposedly in stock, but then I got an email saying that they were backordered and EDIT wouldn't get them for at least a month. The really shady thing is that they've already pre-authorized my credit card even though they wouldn't be able to send me the stuff for at least a month. I requested that the order be cancelled. If it's not cancelled and if the pre-authorization is not taken off my card in a timely manner, I will dispute the pre-authorization with my credit card company and do my part to let people know that EDIT is an unethical company.
