How much hash??

Im close to harvesting a batch a nirvana chrystal which is white widow x northen lights backcrossed with northern lights (f1 hybrid)..
Im thinking of purchasing some 5 gallon bags to make some hash... Question is will it be worth it....

Heres the rundown.....

1000 watts hps 9 weeks flower

4 ladies 6'tall with 2 to 3 colas on each one.

Im thinking there going to yeild 3/4 to 1 lb...

Chrystal is known for "chrystal" covered buds.....(hence the name)..There are trichs everywhere...

Question is roughly how much hash will these 4 ladies give me?? 2 grams, 5 grams, 10 grams? lol... Im not looking for a dead on figure, just an idea...Im not new to growing but for years I've been throwing trim in the trash, and with this suger coated strain, I feel it woul be a total waste to throw the trim away.....Just wondering if it's worth buying these bags or not...

last summer i chopped 3 plants fairly small because i let them get root bound. i made ice water hash and got around a gram.

let your trim dry well before you make the hash and yeah it will be worth it especially if you grow on a constant as you will get more than one use out of the bags

Glad you're not throwing trim away anymore. Yeah the crystal coated trim is good for making hash.

Ahhhh at least 10 grams if that's how much bud you're going to be trimming. Maybe 40? I don't know.

Thanks man, I found bags on ebay for around 45 bucks... I know it's probably impossable to tell, but im just looking for a rough idea of whaat I can expect... Im planning on freezing the trim beforehand, I have the Jorge Cervantes video I purchased a few years ago which shows how to makie hash with ice and the bags im planning on purchasing... Do I need to dry the trim completely before making hash or will freezing the trim work? Thanks again...

Yeah no problem man. I'd advise drying the trim completely before you put it in the freezer. You can dry trim in a day by cutting it up and putting it in envelopes on top of your ballasts in your grow room. Turn the envelopes over every 3 hours and they're done in about 6-7 and ready for whatever you wanna do with it.

How much you get will depend on the weight of the product you put in, but, you can count on ALWAYS getting around 10% of what you put in. So you put in 400 grams, you'll get around 40 grams of hash, you put in 28 grams of trim and you'll get 2.8 grams of hash. If you have four 6 foot plants you should get a good amount, I'd buy the bags and run it. I'm actually on my way to run about 10 pounds of trim in a washing machine in about an hour.

Thanks man, 10 lbs of trim??? Wow!! I'd love to see all the bud you pulled off of that yeild....
