if you are growing sativa dominate plants its not unusual to wait up to the third or 4th week to sex, most indica dominate plants show there sex in week 2-3.also be a bit patient do not discard immediately as you have a week to a 2 week window before pollen ripens!!(be absolutely positive its not just new grow)I put 3 plants on 12/12 7 days ago. I went and checked on them this morning and still no signs of any pre-flowers. What's up with this? My past 2 grows i knew within days. Should i be worried?

Worried? You should be happy!!! Don't you know that females are the last to show? Males show sooner than females do, so consider this a blessing. Damn they all went hermie? I would have still kept them, hermie plants make good hash ^_^
