Me, too! I'll make the jicama mango salsa. New to me together, but two of my favorite things separately, so why not?

I'll start getting some of that valley oak ready, and figure out if there is anything else I can contribute.....The wife wants to come along with me this time, might bring the RV and do sum old people camping.
lol...my "old people camping" will be in the motel down the road. :-) The ground has gotten a lot harder in the last few years. There's a camper we could drive down, but would much rather double the curves on 101 road tripping than rumble down I-5 in the slow lane! (Gotta make getting there part of the fun.) Oysters limit firewood, but I'll bring a 50 lb. bag of mesquite (not pressed bricks, logs) to extend the roaster firewood burning time, if that's okay with you, DJJ. Space problem... but if I bring salmon I will throw in some cedar.

It's going to be huge fun. This isn't a single focus group! Getting a half-baked idea to put together a cannabis cookbook to bring as a party favor. Great recipes here that would be fun to categorize and consolidate and "publish" homestyle, along with any others anybody would like to include. (Always try to have a project in Thailand...Chang control.)

Dude... you bring seafood on ice.. thats good enough. Us more local peeps will do the firewood thing. Last BBQ.. we was firewood rich. TWS was our bonfire manager, and he in his crew did a great job of using it all up, or most of it. Yea, seafood!

Thanks! Up here, bringing firewood is often more important than bringing ice! Didn't want to be a slacker. I have a huge trunk (Camry), and I'll fill it up with the good stuff. It's record is 100# of oysters and 200# of potatoes, so if I ditch the spuds and you've got the wood covered...:-)

No worries! The oyster farm near me ships their oysters all over the country (NYC every day), so they do an awesome job of packing seafood for the road. They'll even take care of whatever else I can find to bring. Nice folks. Oyster farmers since 1935.

KTM's first ever super cross win ! Shout out to Mr nice boy. lol ! Bubba crash Stewart was up to his same old tricks. He must be getting tired of the way dirt taste. In all seriousness, He has got to be frustrated as he is " The fastet man on the planet." He Can't win the season at A-1 but you can sure lose it. Now he's missed the podium in Pheonix. OUCH !

Buttttttttttttttttttttttttt !!!!!!!!!! The number #
1 plate was up there. ! He rode back from 15th place. mmmmm Kinda reminds me of Stewart but he would take 1st from the back of the pack........

The 250's were great as always. The pro cicuit kids continue to win.
