Has been 6 days since popped out from rockwool. I am thinking to replant them deeper or its better to support them with toothpick etc ? I have 400 w 4500K MH. There is 5100 lm light at the foot of the seedling. Should I take the lights closer ? Any opinion would be very helpfull. Also I have a fan not projected toward it running slowly.

They seem to have stretched early on. You can move the light closer but don't let the temp under it get over 80. I take a tube out of a toilet paper or paper towel roll and cut it to a length where I can put a cylinder over a droopy seedling and have it lean against one side. Enough air movement to make them just sway very gently helps strengthen them. They will be OK just keep the growing.

What about planting it deeper ? İt will do damage to the stem ? İf not I prefer to plant it deeper in the soil.

I don't know about planting it deeper. That's stem material and it doesn't seem like it should go below the surface.

If you google "replant long stems marijuana" you'll find craptons of people suggest it...watch grow guide videos from Jorge and others and they say the same thing...

They are not in soil. Any effort to get them deeper carries, IMO, an unnecessary risk of breaking them. They would be fine left as is.

Yesterday I decide to support the stretched seedling with another rockwool cube and plant it deeper in the hydroton.

Today looks like this

Now I have few questions. I move the light closer and there is 50.000 lm above the plant. Is it too much ? I also have a oscillating fan toward the plant. My temp meter shows 27 C (82.4 F) but the room temp is 22 C (71.6 F). The meters metal part (you can see it on the 2nd picture) getting hotter under the light. I understand that the light will heat the plant also but I was thinking that this metal shows much more heat than the plant gets. What do you think ?
