Bad Medical Records

ive got medical records that are poorly done. my doctor took down nothing of my current condition and am an amputee with rods and screws in the back and just now got my records and all it says it i have rods in my back and have leg pain. this looks like a sure fire way to get shot down for a card. or is it?

Your medical records seem to provide objective support for trial of marijuana for pain. Complaints of burning and tingling in your leg would provide further support for a trial of marijuana as those are more typically neuropathic pain components which Marijuana seems much more effective with than with somatic components. Then it becomes reporting back on how it interacted with your pain. My guess is worst case you'll get a few months recommendation at which time if the medical marijuana has been effective in your case could then be increased to a full year.

If I were you I'd shop for a cannabis specialist and make sure that they do not charge a second fee for a confirmation of effect visit, (ie short 2-3 month trial rec. with conversion to a year for subjective reports of efficacy).

You will have NO worries. If you just tell the doctor about your pain, rods and screws you shouldn't even have to show your file or lift your shirt. When I first got my rec it was $300 with a full exam and a letter from my chiropractor with MRI info... That was 10+ years ago now it's a different world. For my current paperwork I told the doctor that I can't sleep from stress and that I have headaches. I walked out a few minutes later with a fresh piece of paper that cost me $40.
