Florida...lol...I hope you go to the coast. Whenever I went inland it was a fun mix of huge snakes, at least two kinds of lethal spiders, one of which is sometimes so tiny it looks like pepper flakes but will still fuck you up (black widows), wood spiders that look like wolf spiders but bigger than my hand, (caught one in my pool skimmer basket that was so big it's legs touched the sides all the way around), and even the grass is sharp to walk on. Not to mention the gators, which were not at all as easy to catch as Steve-o made it look on tv...
I would suggest a bank first, to make sure you even have enough credit to get a good loan.
im considering going credit or busting my ass to save the money. but id like to build credit for such a thing. making getting into the house easyer and then just pay off at will.
