I am a Troubled Young Man

Surprisingly well written for someone on the sauce! Perhaps you should go into teaching. We need more people who can construct coherent sentences. I was wondering about the success that you alluded to... was that identifying an addiction? Good luck.

just my personal opinion, based on the one post of yours i've seen (this one)....

You'll be fine bro. The fact that you can admit/analyize the situation speaks volumes for your soul/person. The ones that cant make it that far are the ones that end up fucked. Take this moment in your life as a learning tool, not to be repeated, but not to be ashamed of. It's little lessons like this that make us human and give us wisdom.

This is a cry for help. If you choose to come back and read through this thread I HIGHLY suggest a bit of counseling. Wether formal with a clinician or informally at an AA or NA meeting. You can find those listedon line. Good Luck!

A troubling first post, for sure.......... sounds like a month long admittance to an alcohol detox program would be helpful.

It took me approximately half an hour to create that paragraph. I have constructed four drafts of aforementioned statements. So far during the time I have spent on the statements I am now creating, I have approximated it has taken me 25 minutes. I am using a phone. I have serious mental problems that need to be addressed. Unfortunately my family spend over $10,000 during high school to diagnose these issues by expert.
Physicians. I do not expect an immediate solution in the forseeable future. After smoking weed I now.feel extreme shame.for my recent actions

a monk approaches his master and says, "Master, why do I feel so unsettled at times?" the master replies......"because we all do." you are not alone. they are feelings. nothing more. feel them, and let them go. feelings, and $1.35, will buy you a coffee..........

what are the recent actions that you are ashamed of?

What do your daily routines consist of? I find depression effects me most when I have nothing happening in my day to day life. It leaves a void that cannot be filled, and drug abuse will try to fill that void. Maybe go to the gym for an hour everyday, it will envigourate your mind and get some serotonin flowing. Start a productive hobby that you enjoy and can share with others, this could be the catylist your needing to a better happier future

goodluck
