i laughed at the first page when the guy said the property owner doesnt need to know. yes they need to know and sign the proper forms. You will be charged if you are producing without a licence. The production licence has the location on it as well, so in order to produce, you must have a location, and in order to have a location, it must be your own, or you need permission from someone else, wheter it is a friends house that you can use ( but must be within 100km), or your landlord, if your not the property owner. OR you will not get a production licence, and anything you do will be illegal..... DUMASS.. so yes the person that owns the property you grow at has to know because they have to sign the forms in order for you to even get a production licence.....
i have never been visited but they can come at anytime to inspect ( it is rare)..... i will never go over my plant count and will never store more dried product than allowed.. therefore there there will never be a problem..
