I just transplanted my plants and they got a bit of root damage because it was my first time ever doing it the leaves are now droopy but are still green and healthy. My question is will they bounce back and how long would it take. Any help would be appreciated.

It might but keep the light nice n close but not too close. Make sure the soil is nice n moist. If u can monitor the ph in any way I'd check to make sure ur in range. Some soils are too rich in chemicals that could be harmful
