I'm with Stonerman on this one, it's -10 outside with a few feet of snow in the yard. Only thing I'm growing right now is some sweet 6 foot icicles hanging off my roof.

I love the outside!

I do some gardening... I really like chili peppers.. I'm germinating habenero seeds, and serrano seeds.. Have some jalapenos and New Mexican big jims growing right now about to blossom..

I get tomatos at the farmers market and make fresh chili.. literally pounds of it at a time.. it goes quick, super hot and super fresh!

i have my leeks going, but tomatoes? itsa too early. here at least. re-pot your tomatoes three times, each time burying it up to its neck. pinch off any branches that will be buried. good, deep roots, fora da tasty tomatoes.

The ground has not frozen here fully, even had a wasp fly in the house last week. Japanese beetles are going to be a bitch this summer, but I'll garden anyways!...pic from last summer. Notice how well plants blend in with the native plants?, I've had people walk right by without even noticing.
