400w hps light for both stage of grow?

Chinesesmoker are you stoned? haha your plants get leggy if there stretching for light and 9/10 of the time the tallest plants are male as they grow quicker for pollenating the females and i use a 400watt hps and there Fine i get 4-5 ounce a plant -_-

yes u can use a HPS for both stages....but I do recommend having both spectrums of light...even orange & white.

I use LED, CFL, and HID at the blue, white and red spectrum. The white fills in the gaps of the blue.
