Ready to Harvest?

Hey guys,
So I know it is a noobie question but this is my first grow so please forgive me :S
So here is my Problem: I have 2 Sensi Seeds Skunk #1 and i dont know if they are ready to harvest :S
I dont have a microscope to check the Trichomes. :( I planed to harvest on Saturday.

iI'd prob wait until Monday or Tuesday to harvest that beauty;-) And make sure you give her a full 24 hours of darkness before harvest. bongsmilie
 
what day flower are you on? This strain is supposed to finish fairly quickly but I always add a week to the expected harvest on my grows and thats usually when I see amber popping up. Just from the looks of it it looks at least a week away though. I'd wait.
 
I would agree to at least a week if not more. You can find a jewler's loupe very cheaply on ebay. Radio Shack has a $12.00 magnifier that works great as well.
 
Listen to sunhillow I bought a little fancy 50 dollar microscope and it ran out of batteries and they cost like 8 bucks a piece and the thing takes 6 batteries. Went and got the one from radioshack and I use that now cause it uses normal batteries and it works almost as well.
 
Back in the day before things got so advanced and technical and $15. working microscopes came out the general rule of thumb was when the white hairs were 1/2 to just about 3/4's red meant it was harvesting time, its not the best way but it'll work good enough till you spend the $15.

Thank you for all your Replys :) But i live in Europe and Microscopes are here much more expensive. So you think if i harvest on Monday it would be alright? :)


 
Just go on ebay & search for 'Jewellers Loupe' you can get them for about £5 and are great for checking Tri's
