I forgot to add in the PM, Ladybugs! Some local nursery's carry them. Release em in fire teams and keep the reserves in the freezer for when the other finally go AWOL. LOL

PM from BBYY..
First get sticky traps to catch adults ones, You can lay some vinegar in bows too, Catch the dumb ones...
Organics is less powerful and more stinky IMO, I would just go buy something I tried alotta homemade ones and it doesnt work as fast as we would want it too and only works in large amounts. When you go in you will see the chem side and organics side...With pricing for all budgets. Mine never got bad - I just layed like a million fly traps and sprayed my soil for a few weeks with neem & soap mix. If its real bad I would buy the chemical shit and use it diluted and small applications between watering til they are gone.
seriously appreciate everything dude... i think my hydro shop down here will have that neem...guna have to invest in some ladybugs for force protection units lol...

...tried to give you some rep but i guess im maxed out...

Hey, I feel I didnt help you enough LOL

I was really high when I wrote that so I wasnt really trying to get into detail.. But I went threw some notes and figured Ill give ya what I know. Some tips and things to watch out for and do in the future to help out. + This space bomb Im smoking is some jibber jabber weed!

make sure your soil is pasteurized. If not it can contain eggs and such , actually being the source of your issue. If you dont know , Monitor the drainage holes and see if you see fuckers crawling out/in.
Next time you get clones, Quarantine for a few days while you spray it, I like to hit everything with neem first and let it sit for a few days reapply and bring it into the room. I just got a clone yesterday that I put in my spare room, under a little floro. This can also give it time to grow more roots and take care of any bugs.

If they are really fungys gnats (dark, greyish black) - then they lay eggs 1-3 in below soil line. we only wanna kill the adults to prevent laying more eggs, They dont eat only live to reproduce, Them fuckers under the soil are the ones doing damage to soil and root mass.
You can also bottom feed for a while, Dry the fuck ouuta the top layer and spray your drainage holes w. chemical pesticides. They wont be able to lay eggs and die off. battle hard for 10 days, thats the hatching period for the eggs, Need to keep the battle going for the whole time. Even lay something ontp the soil to prevent access. Look in that grow shop, I bet they have pot covers. Also a layer of perlite ontop helps with blocking access to the soil and dries quickly.

Here is some organic home made things you can rig up to fight

Cinnamon oil and cinnamon tea
They have bennies you can add, its a bacteria that fights off the larvae ..Dunno how expensive it is, but worht the mention, Bacillus somethign...google should help...
Ladybugs!!Fucking ninja's!
They also have a rather inhumane way of killing bugs LOL you can do like bio attack and use predatory nematodes. They are microscopic and eat from the inside out, the grow and burst out the bugs! Fucking badass shit....same thing thou, these are things I never used, but if I had to fight gnats again I would find this shit and add it to my top layer of soil.
Pyrethrum concentrate's (its a plant) Used as a spray.
Need is good for adults, Its sticky and will prevent them from flying.. Its good prevention but if I had to kill these fuckers I would use another method.
Obviously the unorganic or chemical shit is pretty basic. I would get a reccomendations from the clerk @ the hydro store, Just say your applying it for tomatoes.
I usually never use pesticides on flowering plants and only in the worst conditions.

BS, you've been extremely helpful dude

...ok, im about to go to the hydro shop to get some neem and look for some of the other shit...

i'll be doing a soil drench with neem, then covering the top of the soil with a thick kinda cinnamon paste stuff haha...
...if i dont see an improvement i think i might try the hydrogen peroxide technique...

...time is definately of the essence here folks as the black haze has definately started showing those pointy white flowery things :eyesmoke:...

no nutes! WHA!!

I can help ya but I dunno if ya wanna meet up? LOL I can hide some in a garbage can and you can pick it up later haha
I am a patient w/ papers so I have nothing to hide from this state, You aint feds right
ugh TBH - Everything I can think of cost some money, but the cheapest is tomato plant food, commonly found in neighbors garages LOL and is like 5bucks for abig pack of it. Its chemical and is strong but does work and is cheap.

Just remember 10 days! Gotta fight em hard for that and make sure the eggs die. Glad to hear that they are dying off.

My buddy used to get em bad, Like he was trying to breed them! he ended up killing everything and starting again.

LOL! if you got your papers, like me, then i would have no problem meeting a fellow patient :bigjoint:

...i remembered today, while pondering my dilemna, that i used liquid african violet fert in the past for my micro grows...i distinctively remember big frosty nuggs :weed:...
however i also remember getting reddish purply tips and edges on my leaves and buds...not quite sure if this was a deficiency or some coloring agent meant for the violets...
and im not sure if what worked great on tiny bonzai type plants would work great on full size plants...i do remember it being pretty affordable though...dilemna's...

so...its been a few days since i applied the first soil drench and i cannot get a visual on any adult fungus gnats ...
just to play it safe i'll apply another dose of drenching this evening when it gets closer to lights out (as per instructions)...
...aparently this stuff is an 'organicide' which im guessing means organic pesticide, so i guess its kinda cool i finally found something organic/natural that isn't just a steaming pile of tree hugging hippie crap ...

Unfortunately due to a massive hack on RIU (as im sure you're all aware) a sizeable portion of this journal is now gone...aswell as the priceless knowledge gained from documenting the grow, progress & problems encountered...oh well...the show must go on...

the black haze is @ 32 days flower now...the ice and super silver widow are both @ 29 days...and the nyc diesel should be @ roughly 25 or 26 days...
...current batch...and up coming...
