Imo I would mix up some nutes of balanced NPK 10,10,10 or what ever maybe add some epsom salts for mg but not much small teaspoonful 5ml in 10litres/quarts. Because your ph was way to low 5.8 is ok for hydro but in soil you'll lock out nutrients if its been like that for a while When you mix your feed do it at 6.8 and the soil will buffer it down a bit to correct the ph issue, 6.2 is too low in soil never mind 5.8 ,6.4-6.8 is ideal it cuts out alot of issues that are hard to diagnose if you keep the ph in the range.

how are you guys testing your soil's ph? guy at grow store said mix 1 part soil to 3 parts nute solution to get soil pH, does this sound reliable or is there another method? I noticed the more soil I added to my 1:3 test mixture the higher the pH went.

im starting to think spider mites or something like that? I've checked the underside of leaves and didnt see any though... ugh

Looks like its radioactive... Your ph is locking out nutes. And I think u need to do research and not listen to the guy at the grow store

im going to flush with some fresh water and using some ph up to get the fresh water from 7.0 to 7.5 and hopefully the soil will read around 6.8

I just don't get why my other ladies aren't showing the same signs of pH lockout since I use the exact same water and nutes for them.

Its for sure ph, or even looks like a mag deficiency becuase the leaves are curling upward which is a tell tale sign of mag deficiencies....folar spray ur plant with epsom salt 1 tblspoon to a half gallon and u should see results almost instantly

Different gene pools. Some can take abuse some cant some can take absolute hell. And some need to be treated Like a princess. Learn to read your girls. Not what the Internet or the hydro guy says. We arent gonna be able to help you all the time. Your girls will figure you out before you figure them out.

Pheno. Unless they are clones they aren't the same

I mentioned that it was a clone from the other ladies in one of my above posts, if I didn't I apologize.

I did find out the problem though, I was using triple the amount of nutes by accident, just flushed with a 260 ppm mixture and the soil pH is now at 6.8. what's weird is when I test the runoff it's measuring at 6.2 but mixing the top soil with the 260ppm nutes water measures at 6.8.

Any ideas? It probably is a moot point by now hopefully in a few days she will have recovered

here's a pic of the plants the clone was taken from, using the same nutes and water, which was why i couldnt understand why the pH would have been the issue but after realizing that I had over mixed the nutes by accident it makes perfect sense now

cool, hope it works out

Why are you asking questions when you don't want to listen to answers? How many times do you have to be told your ph is too low? I don't give 2 squirts of piss what your guy at the hydro store told you, if you want to listen to him then don't ask us

if you read my above posts you will notice that I have been listening, as evident by my comment agreeing with ValleGrown that I shouldn't put much stock in what my grow store guy says as well as agreeing with others about the pH problem by posting that I would take corrective action to raise the pH (was going to flush with pH'd up fresh water). I had mentioned that i couldn't understand how pH could be the problem because the plant the clone was taken from was doing great using same water and nutes.

it was only when I realized that I had accidently used the wrong nute mixture that I realized that the pH was too low, up to that point I thought the host plant was running 6.2pH as well because at the time I didn't realize that they werent the same nute mix like I had intended. I hand't even bothered checking the pH on the host plants becuase they were all healthy and assumed they would be the same pH as this cloned mother plant which at the time was reading 6.2 so I had though the host plant was running 6.2 as well. testing later would confirm that the host plants were at 6.8pH ><

sorry for the confusion
