I used barely any Aurora Innovations Buddha Grow the 1st day I planted the seeds just to "kick start" the germinating but I think it caused a little nutrient burn... What do you guys or girls think? What can I do to stop the leafs from starting to twist and white spots from burning the leafs? If that is the problem.

You used Buddha grow the first day, wow I've never heard of anyone doing that as it can potentially hurt the seed or even kill it worst case scenario. As for the spots it could be possible that this event had an effect on your leafs (well pretty much obvious, but it could be something else...), have you tried to flush your plants? It really depends on how long ago you added the nutes. If it was sometime not to long ago you could flush your plants free of the nutrients and keep it natural untill your plant returns to normal again. Hope this somewhat helps you :)

Is the medium you are using amended? The seedling should have enough energy from it's seed to last a couple weeks without needing any food. If your soil had nutrients in it then there is no reason to add fertilizer immeditately, and to be honest, I wouldn't fertilize much until I transplanted out of those containers. I would flush your containers out with clean water and just leave them be, making sure to only water them with clean water. Your plants don't look like they were hurt too bad.

fox farm soil is used with 30 percent perlite... It was really stupid to use that nutrients.. i used like 1/4th the directed amount but i will never do it again.. that is for sure... How much water do i need to flush the plants with? I have watered them once or twice with clean distilled water since the 1st watering with nutrients.

seedlings are now 13 days old from date planted into soil, sprouted 10 days ago and that was when the nutrients was used.
