Dealing with nutrient burns

I was told to flush my plants with clean water for a day, does that mean even when they are "asleep" too? Or does that only apply when my light is on?

I'd do it with the light on. that way they dont get too droopy.

nah, as long as they drained out, they might just be a little "limp" for 2 days, wont be an issue
