Bigz 2012 Hydro grow. (virgin grow)

Wow nice 24h grow shot, your plants are looking real nice, I'm doing my second round of whiterhino and it's not far from ur
widow in size, but I'm in soil. I'll still be watching

Plants look healthy.
It looks like you may be getting too much stretch though.
What are your day and night temps? Though it may just be the 150w lights..
Useful tip next time you're dealing with sativas.. Top/FIM them in veg and train like crazy. Will increase yields and make them much more manageable for indoor grows. I work with Thai strains which love pushing the lights too far up.

ya i intended to scrog this grow but ran into the issue of how the fuck do you change a res in a non recirculating dwc. Looking into some coolers for next grow that have a little door on top for looking in.

Oh man my bubba seedlings have leaves just like that! Good job, I can't wait to see what you pull. For a first grow this is just amazing, I wish mine looked this good.

heh. i have been watching friends grows for half a year or so, but majority of what i learned is from RIU. the hydro mod Hellraizer30 is very helpful if you have any questions.
thanks for stopping in ^_^

haha yeah its a bitch. last grow i used totes like yours, and i have a tall room, so i raised the tote 6'' or so off the ground and tied the top of it to the cieling haha. still it was really difficult.

this time around im using the screen to flatten them, but keeping the plants under it until about week 6-7 when they need support. if i mix a little nutes in the water i use to top off my res can go for 3 weeks without changing easy. then im going to open the lids only slightly (without moving the top hopefully), slide a hose in, and suck out the water like someone would siphon gas, and top-fill them with water for the final flush. thats what i would recommend.

ya i hear ya. i just dont like throwing ph down in a rez with roots sitting in it. pretty much pure acid.

Update:
installed A/C unit. trying to wrangle these temps. fuckers are still stretching... raising lights up the last viable couple inches. pics to come in a while.
