You may want to thin the fan leaves out a bit.
Your girls want more light than their getting from those 150's and the lower growth looks like it's getting almost no light. The less light their lower leaves get the more they will stretch.
You should also just crop em at this point rather than topping. Looks like they're not gonna play nice for you

should read the whole post before you tell me to chop them. they are 4 weeks into flower. if i took them down now id be lucky to get a quarter out of 6 plants.

i think he meant crop as in lollypopping the plants removing the lower portions of the plants that are getting no light, im not sure though.

ive gotten rid of all the lower growth that already hasnt stretched to a place that its getting light.

Than you should be good man, you can only do so much and your doing good for working with what you got at the moment.

I mentioned two different things.

Thinning the fan leaves to allow better light penetration.

Super cropping (not chopping your plants) the tops. At this point any further topping will just result in more branch growth and side stretching which will make light penetration a continually worsening issue for you.
