Emergency ph help!!!

i need to get my ph down from 7 to the proper level because my plants are experiencing lockout...problem is that im short on cash for a few more days, so i need a cheap alternative. im looking for something from walmart maybe? if anyone has any ideas on how to do this in the most cost effective way, id appreciate it.

i use vinegar ....apx 1ml/liter to lower 1.0 point ....test with water first to get approx amount

its only a temp fix...yes that will work too. ph down is best for hydro system ...more stable

i know im asking a lot of questions, but how long do you estimate this "quick fix" lasts for? is it safe to add more to the same res if the ph starts to creep up again, or will i need to change the res everytime i need to add more vin?

probably only a day ....it will creep up fast in your set-up..... you will have to test res again ....and just add as needed until you can get the "ph down"

i don't mind questions :)

okay then ill ask another :D wheres a good place to get some ph down? is this something that walmart would carry or do i have to find like a special store or what? theres a lot more that goes into this when u try to take it off the paper and actually make it a reality :/
 
well i checked online and walmart does carry ph down, but its ment for hot tubs i believe...is this the wrong kind of ph down, or do u think this will be okay?
 
hey man, thanks a lot for all of your help. i really appreciate the response time. i have one more question, then im done. will one "dose" of ph down last me between res changes, or is adjusting ph a daily process?

it should last til your next res change ...no it should not be adjusted daily... once you have the ph down...that was more for vinegar ...lol
 
so i added a couple of cap fulls of acv to my res and went back 7 mins later and all of my plants leaves started to droop bad! is this normal?
