Adding Lime To Ocean Forest??

Hi all I have a quick question. I will be growing in 5 gallons grow bags and using a 50/50 mix of ocean forest and black gold. I will be mixing in blood and bone meal along with parelite. When using pre bagged soil like this do i need to add lime? i will not be using ph'd water just out of a river that runs parrellel with a few nutrients added to the water by me. Any input would be much appreciated.

I think it would be better to buy your self a cheap ph test kit mix your soil and add the river water and check the ph .
this will tell you what you actually need to add..
