Ok, I watched the first minute and a half of that clip and feel stupider.
Romney didnt violate state law.
The sandwiches were not given for a vote. They were given out at a speech. There was no tit for tat demanded. He simply asked them to vote for him.
It is pretty clear at the beginning that he said... (Some of you who voted) so they got sandwiches after voting, not before and not as compensation for voting.
Stupid waste of time from the DA.
