if it's got bananas... you most definitely have a BIG sign of a hermie.... doesn't have to be covered in them.... if you have other plants in there I'd get it out quickly

Well it might not be a true hermaphrodite, with male and female parts from the get, but it is a hermaphrodite. You probably just pollinated more of your grow, spray water to kill the pollen and be on the lookout for more pollen sacks, remove them carefully.

Sorry to break it to u...but if u got a banana on a lady, she isn't a lady. That is a chick with a dick/hermi. It might have started off as a female and hermed due to stress. If pollen came out ur gonna get seeds on the plants. U should have removed the plant with the nutsack or at least the nutsacks to avoid pollenation. U can use a product called Reverse by Dutchmaster to eliminate unwanted pollen sacks. Hope this helps...peace

Dude, u totally have a lone hermie, on an otherwise female plant... NO question about it, don't even need to see a pic...

But, on the bright side, u probably will only have a partial pollenation, and some potentially knarley new F1 hybrids to germinate and see what becomes of them... Sometimes it takes a hermie to get an otherwise, sinsamilla grower, to develop an affinity for breeding... It has with me...

The strange this was that it was only 1 small sack with bannas on one of the lower buds, and the other times i got hermies there have always been a yellow dot in the middle of the main cola thats supposed to be the FIRST sighn of a hermie. The rest of the plant looks great with small withe buds everyhwere. They are 3 weeks into flower. thx for answer dude :bigjoint:

Thatz EXACTLY where my "chick with a dick" developed, was at the bottom, in a hard-to-access corner... I dunno... I thought, at the time, before I had REALLY made sure I had NO chance of light leaks, that it was from me coming in during the off periods, and some small amount of outside light might have poked through to the underside, which I keep neat and bottom-dressed, but not "lolli-popped"... But, itz still kindof a mystery, as it was from some good stable genetics of a really gorgeous, resinous equitorial sativa, but it turned out to be a beautiful thing, as I and several friends who also grow, have since grown seeds from it, and have had no hermies at all, and it put some awesome qualities into some of my other strains that became partially pollented, as well, like my Island Sweet Snunk, Acupolto Gold, Master Kush, and Chem Dog... And I am flowering those mixes out now, and wow! They r so knarley-lookin' and smellin'! I can hardly wait another 4-6 weeks for harvest, and then another 2-3 weeks to get some dried, and early-cured tastes of my labor...

those nanas only contain enough pollen to make a few seeds, and they are usually the result of stress.
you dont really need to worry about a few nanas, and you can remove them carefully with damp fingers.

could be intersexual ...not as bad as a hermie....which is 99.9% female and .1% male ...not a big deal ..i have had a couple here and there ....just pull the pollen sack before it opens

I took 3 or 4 bananas and pollinated an entire plant, hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds of seeds. There are a whole heap of pollen in those bananas. Think of humans, there are hundreds of millions of sperm a time, and only one of those is required to make a baby. that pollen can spread very easily.
