Just the way I look at it - 100w (minimum) in CFL's per plant, for veg.
If you're using the 23W CFL's, mix 3 Daylight (6500k) with 1 soft (2700k).

For flowering, you'll want more power, and the ratio of lights is reversed (3 soft for every 1 daylight).

2700k and 2 thats a hair above that, i forget but i havent seen them in stores sense i got them. hard to find. might have been 2800k idk for sure

150W HPS Lumens : 15,800 x 8-32w cfl lumens : 2400 - desired 10000 lumens per sq ft - looks good enough............... il let you do the math :)
