I want to make a 100% free donation to this clubs new program that is donating 100% of medicine to terminaly ill people. (Cancer/aids) burn victims...

My lawyer does not know if vegetable tincture is the same as "Hash oil"
He is also unsure about the legality of "Food products" being transfered if they claim "Food poisoning" or they try to make a lawsuit...

Is it "Hash oil" or "Legal medicine" or what.

Thanks.

any thing that changes the composure of the original chemicals in weed is illegal here... the tincture you are talking about is not the case. get a better lawyer if he doesn't know this how is he going to defend you silly??? Really think someone is going to sue you over weed? then you shouldnt be doing it in the first place..

Grey area. There is no such thing as "legal cannabis" if you come across the wrong cop. Hash oil isn't necessarily illegal to sell in a dispensary. But non-alcohol tinctures are one of the more legal products out there. Technically, for alcohol based tinctures you should need a liquor license to sell them. However this is pretty much universally ignored.

You might want to consider food grade glycerin for making non-alcoholic tinctures. And no, this is not considered hash oil. But cops are not above lying. They could certainly testify in court that this is hash oil. Even though that would be an outright lie, it would still probably hold up as a credible statement in court.

Honestly, you should not be paying a weed lawyer to be unsure about weed law. This thread you started is equivalent to paying a gardener, and then cutting your own grass. I have no useful answer to your question (As I am not a lawyer.), but I would suggest you re-evaluate your representation.
