Hey this is a first time grow and im wondering if it should be switched from a 24h cycle to a 12/12 there are attached pics. they are from seeds.

I would flower them now. They could get quite tall, and moreso if you let them veg longer.

They look quite ready to flower to me... But depending on the strain there should be some guidelines on how tall they get in vegging and flowering. It looks like an indica dominant to me so it is supposed to be short to medium in height... Keep in mind that once you flip them to 12/12 they will still keep growing! about 30-50%more till harvest day (again depending on strain). If space isn't an issue I would veg them for5-6 weeks. How old are they?

they were planted at different time the one by the door to the right became a seedling around january 20th and the onther two around the 7th of febuary and not really sure of the strain but i would definatly agree with you conclusion that its indica and sativa mix with indica as the dominant just cause of its structure

thanks alot man but i do have another question i have 4 flouresent lights on each corner for veg right now and i also have a sun system 150 watt hps grow light http://www.amazon.com/Sun-System%C2%AE-Grow-Light-Fixture/dp/B001JL0BWG so i guess my question is should i only use the hps or a combo to make sure it gets enough light? and if i do use a combo will it cancel the effects of the hps's red light

hey its 4/20 and the plants look amazing but i think i see male pre-flowers on the big older one but im not sure images are attached kind off a bad pic to it off my phone.
