Thanks man. You know what they say "pics or it didn't happen." :hump:
When it comes to fishing it obviously happened for you more then once! Any shark pics? I mentioned a few months ago about a guy I know that got a big thresher in Maine. 15 ft. Some lady beat the record last year or the year before. Big fish for such cold water up here.

Never been shark fishing in my life. Saw a killer whale eat a thresher shark. Even got pics of it. 5 miles off shore one day fishing yellowfin. It was a pod of 6 of them and a baby. We think they were teaching the baby to hunt. One of the females wrecked a 6' thresher shark.

10 minutes later the big male popped up with a manta ray.

That was a GOOD day.

We don't take too many pics anymore. Only trophy fish. We're really into video and underwater video. Using GoPro's and Fishers cameras. We actually get into bait balls and jump in when someone is hooked up. Pretty cool following a marlin around while the line is still in his mouth. I've had a few close calls but nothing major. Had a sailfish tailwalk across my face once. Pretty cool mounting a camera to the dredge too. Seeing how billfish come up in the spread.

I love sharing pics of fishing. Would NEVER post a pic of my grow room though. I'm not legal man and it ain't worth it. I've got too much to lose. If some guy wants to question whether or not I have a 10k flower room or whether I can afford one? Well; that's his problem man. Not mine. I don't need to prove nothing to no one.

That's cool man.Not being legal I guess it's not worth the risk. I hear alot of folks use that term on here. Seems like there are alot of dreamers on here posting bullshit though.

I hear ya man but if you don't believe someone is telling the truth then just leave it alone. Who cares if some kid wants to live out his fantasy in an online forum. Plus, what does calling someone out or calling them a liar do? I've posted tons of bud pics on here but I'm not about to post a pic of my room cause some kid says it's a lie. That's a bitch move used by the trolls on this site to start shit. Who I am to ask someone to show me their room or call them a liar cause they won't? I'm just hear to learn and talk to some other dudes who share common interests as me.

Someone tells me my growroom is fake cause I won't show them pics of it. I laugh at them cause only liars are that skeptical. Plus, what do I have to lie about...I'm already living the dream...

I remember I caught my first decent largemouth and took pictures of me holding it and my buddy holding it. When I got the pictures back of me holding the fish, my drunk buddy cut half of my head off in the frame. LOL The picture I took of him came out great. Go figure...

The lesson I learned.....
Don't let your friends take pictures of your fish while intoxicated.

That's funny I had a similar thing happen a few years back ice fishing. I caught a 25 in 6.5lb brown trout and my buddy helped me control the line while the fish kept running. It was about 0 degrees out and add the windchill in Maine. The line kept sticking to the ice so, he helped me keep it under control. Anyway, we got the fish in and we took a few pics of him holding it and then me. The next day I ran into his boss and he said Hey did you hear about the big brown Bob caught on Long Lake? Go figure! We ate it and he kept the head. I never did bust his balls about it. He's a good Bro. Vietnam vet glad he enjoyed the day! Dozer

That's a SWEET brown. I've gotten a few but none that big. A buddy of mine caught a 9 pounder once and when he went to hold it up for a picture it wiggled out of his hands and back into the lake. I'm the only one that saw it. LOL.

Yeah that's definitley the biggest I have ever gotten. Ice fishing isn't really quite the same as rod and reel. Nevertheless a nice fish. Your buds 9lb brown is crazy but, at least he had a witness to verify his catch. I mostly catch and release. It sucks when I get a nice fish with nobody around. I now carry a cheap throw away camera for that reason. And I think browns are by far the smartest trout to catch. Probably why they get to be monsters.

I'm about 98% catch and release too. I'll keep a medium sized trout sometimes and take him home for the grill. I let the big breeding slobs go though. I release all billfish except an occassional swordfish. I'll keep 1-2 tuna depending on the size and what's in my freezer. Dorado and wahoo are the same. Keep 1 or 2. Down here you can get 20 dorado in 1 day if you try.

Is dorado like dolphin? I have eaten dolphin down in Florida one of my favorites.
