There is no problem in chopping buds that look ready and allowing lower buds to continue flowering... Any photos would help to see if it's ready for harvest! Do you have a magnifying glass or some kind of magnifyer to see the colour of the trichomes?

I need help...Im running 10 different strains, some should b ready now right? at 9 weeks?
No, they may be ready, they may not be ready. Some strains can take far far longer than 9 weeks to mature up. As per your other question though, certainly you can chop off the buds that are done and leave the rest to mature before harvesting those.

Let us know how it went and try to get some close-up pics so we can see if you should chop or wait it out for a bit longer!!!
