Question about Flowering & Yellowing Leaves

I have 4 indica dom. plants that will be starting week 11 tomorrow and i haven't see many amber trichomes yet but more that enough yellowing in the leaves. A good number of my colas still have white hairs and I'm not sure what the hell is going on here....11 weeks and nothing has fully ripened yet.

these plants were "supposed" to be 60 day strain. Is something like this common and how long could this possibly go on for?

What are you using to look at your trichromes? Yellowing in the leaves is normal towards the end of the flowering cycle. Depending on the stability of the strain, flowering times can vary greatly. What strain/breeder are you using?

i use a Active Eye 30x LED loop. I'm growing Reserva Privada OG Kush, BC God Bud & Dinafem Seeds Blue Widow. I know yellowing is normal but i don't understand why its taking so long for the hairs to turn darker and to recede...

The buds look awesome but for the life of me, i can't understand why it hasn't ripened much - its week 11. Will cutting of the fan leaves at this point help it ripen more?

Should i take into consideration a couple of weeks of transition? If so, I guess this would be the start of week 9.

thanks

well no matter what week your on it aint wine till its time i would start looking into you nute levels in your soil you may have some salts left over from the veg messing up your ph and check to see if you have some light leaking in on you but im no pro at this so im just throwing it out where i would start looking for trouble

everything has been growing in super soil so i have no salts and it's been getting RO water for the last 4 weeks. No light leaks in my tent...WTF!

During my harvest of blue dream, I'll have probably about 30-35% white hairs still, but when I cut them down for some reason they tend to get darker. Idk if it has to do with my curing method but just a thought. Also what kind of light are you using? It may be the kind of spectrum your plants are or aren't getting. Also did you use a ripener? They tend to help with the hair transition. Reserva privadas a great company. I love their seeds lol.

I'm using a 1000W HPS in a 4x4 tent and am doing an organic grow so i'm not using any ripeners. Thanks for that info..i'll keep that in mind (30-40%) and keep looking at the trichome color.

the OG kush is smellin' really good...looking forward to cutting this one down especially!

It's all about personal taste and experience. You'll know pretty fast if you harvested early.
