Is it too early to start flowering?

Hey all. A few months ago I bought a bag of assorted indica seeds, and tried to grow via computer case. Anyways, that didnt end up working out, but a few weeks ago I went for round two. I've kept this plant up on my window sill since the begining of April, and it seems to be growing healthy. I've been watering it every second day with a blended mixture of water and ripened fruits(which may or may not be any better than plain old water), but now I'm wanting to start it in flowering. Do you think it's too early? I would use a single 26w 6400k bulb. Here are some recent pics (6 days ago).

You will literally have Zero Yield with 1 26w CFL. Especially the wrong spectrum for flowering.

Go pick yourself up some CFl's (2700k) and start 12/12

You can get a 4 pack of 23w or 26w (2700k) at homedepot for less than 10 bucks.

You need a better light source. The plant seems like it is stretching for light. But keep it going for a week or so and see how it goes maybe? Im new but I think im right :)

Thanks everyone! I appreciate the responses. I'm going to replant it right now. During my first grow I had 4 100w bulbs at 2700k going for two plants, and when I made a visit to the local hydroponics store I was told that this single bulb will work better than my previous set up, weird. Thanks again!

EDIT: Thanks for the link Fieldgrow! If I can't find a similar bulb locally then I'll order that one.

EDIT #2: Would this 400w HPS be suitable? http://toronto.kijiji.ca/c-buy-and-sell-other-400-Watt-Metal-Halide-or-HPS-Lights-for-Growing-or-Warehouses-W0QQAdIdZ289910937

you need to stop the stretching and work on the stem asap so get the cfl as close to it as u can. the hps u showed would be very useful for 1 plant but a bit too early coz you need to avoid red light the time being to cut down stretching. if u got the budget, get a metal halide then later buy an hps lamp to save money buy a ballast that can support both kinds of lamps, gd luck

I came here asking for help, not to be flamed. For those of you who actually contributed, I do appreciate the help.

What do you suggest I do?
Go back to the first few answers,, and I will add one.. 1) get new soil, MG is fine, 4.99. 2) plant the plant down to the first set of leaves, it will be fine. 3) hit wal-mart and get 3 26W ( 2700K) CLF for 7.99 ( sold in 3 packs). Start there and start reading.. Keep you water to tap water or drinking water for now, no more Fruit, and dont piss on the plant for N.

Good luck, get those done and ask more question, we can save it.

Agreed no more of the fruit water, if you want homemade nutes that bad shave ur head take the hair then take dried egg shells and dried banana peels, blend it into a fine powder and u can use that as nutes. Human hair is 14-17% nitrogen, egg shells good source of calcium-phosphate, and potassium from banana peels. I've never tried it just pulled that one out my azz so don't take it too seriously!!
