I just started the seedlings in the in the soil in order to compare growth rates with the AG pods (i had a few extra seeds.) I actually transplanted one of the healthiest looking ones from the soil today into the AG spot w/ the weakest looking plant. If they die, then they die. I know soil to hydro is a big shock. Im experimenting
I will be digging out the second one in the soil to give to a friend and leave 1 in the pot (and hope it ends up female)
I have the AG Pro 200 series. It has twice the lighting output of the original AG, a 24 hour light setting, and the neck extends 2 feet on the stock bar.
I also took a highschool sciencefair project board and covered it w/ a sheet of mylar that i place around it when not looking after them. I know it is only 3 sided, but the wall behind it is a flat white paint. If i think lighting is affecting growth rate, i can completely surround it (there is plenty of freakin mylar left, the roll is HUGE)
If i get 3 decent sized females that i can clip clones from and then harvest, i will be very happy. Im enjoying the whole learning process. Any advice is also greatly appreciated
