Everything okay until this morning

hey all....everything was going well until i looked at my babies this morning...can any one help me out...i last watered them 3 days ago....they have a liquidy substance on the upper leaves and the lower leaves are starting to dry out with lighter shades of green spots...could this be a root problem or possible under watering?

Is that a cup it's in? It looks like you left the plant in its seedling cup and just planted the cup. If that's a plastic cup (even if it has holes in the bottom) then the roots are probably getting suffocated inside it. I'd take it out of that cup and let the roots have room to roam in the dirt.

I'm a novice gardener... so it will be interesting to see what the others here say.

that's a peat cup, its okay to plant them when transplanting. They're made of peat and the roots grow through the bottom and the sides when it's ready to be transplanted.

well i did a transplant...into a bigger pot anyways hopefully it all works out...is it okay if some dirt stuck to the branches i tried getting most of it off....but there is just fragments on the stems. Also during the transplant i did happen to get most of the jiffy pot out...alot of the roots were already to the bottom of the pot....lets hope in a few days it gains some of her strength back

Cut off them lower dieing leafs and your plants will bloom , They will not be coming back to life any way snipp them man and watch them bloom

it doesn't look bad at all. pull off those withered leaves - they're useless to the plant, and it's easier to track its health if you start with healthy leaves.

make sure to water it very well when you transplant.

when you say what em bloom do you mean to keep em on veg lighting? or switch to 12/12?

i only clipped a three set leaf and a five set leaf.

if they do not display too many signs of shock, e.g. droopy leaves.

best case scenario is that they don't know waht happened and continue growing.

any one know a good bench mark point to know if your transplant was sucessful?

if the plant doesn't die in 24-48 hours you did the transplant well

its at about a month old....10 inches tall in a 10 inch pot, transplanting to a 14.5x12'' pot soon...standard potting soil....watering it every other day with distilled water and on the third day with 30-10-10 nutes for veg.....it has shown an earily sex....with two lil hairs....is that normal with my lighting at 18-6? im thinking about putting it into flowering soon...should i change my nutes before i do so? and what n-p-k do you suggest for flowering?

transition to nutes low in N and higher in P and K, something like 1-3-3 - at least those ratios, absolute values aren't terribly meaningful depending on the source. as you change the light, start transitioning like 25-75, 50-50, 75-25 ... then 100% bloom ferts.

When the roots come out the bottom its time to move homes

And when your lights go off your plant will droop slightly, its just resting after a very hot day man, let it do what it does naturally
