sounds interesting. do yu have any links to someone doing this so i can take a look?? also. the cupboard im in at the minute is .37m2 but im moving them into a bigger space at some point. i need a longer extension lead (being really lazy) as the plugs i need t use are miles away :)

k well i got bored this afternoon and moved my girls to their lovely new space. they look much happier. heres some pics:

k well after much deliberating i have decided to half crop one of the girls. the top main cola has got about 20% amber trichs on it and ive run out of smoke so im gonna go for it. i am gonna leave the bottom half to mature a bit more though as the sattelite buds are still pushing out new pistils. will stick a photo on in a minute

lol lemme know if its good stuff - running outa smoke is never good but try not to crop too much !! :P

Show some self restraint bro. I've been out of dank for 3 days now and it sucks but I refuse to touch any of my ladies. In the end you'll end up with less yield and just be in the same predicament again unless you have your grows timed perfectly. I expect I'll purchase one zip before my girls are harvested (In about 3-5 weeks) but after that I dont see how I'll ever have to purchase marijuana again.

Oh, And a tolerance break now and again is a good thing. :)

i know, my missus shook her head when i walked into the room holding the plant. heres a pic of the cola anyway. pretty skinny but nice firm feeling to it.

also i am gonna dry it and cure it properly, so it'll be about 3 weeks till i smoke it. quick dried the few scraggly bits on the bottom and im halfway through smoking that. pretty heavy stone tbh. eyes are drooping keep zoning out. :D happy days!!!

Well, it isn't the end of the world. There are plenty of people that harvest the tops then let the lower budsites go longer before re-harvesting, I just prefer not to.

Is this your first harvest by any chance? I cant remember if this is your first grow or not. If so, congrats.

And now you have something to smoke! :smile:

ok well after a long fight with myself i have harvested the rest of the plants. heres some pics of my total from the remaining 2 plants.

so basically guys this is the end of this grow. will post a weight and smoke report once its been dried and cured properly. im probably gonna start another post as i have 4 more plats on the go. 2 x white widow bagseed 1 x automatic double big bud 1 automatic big bud. im just sexing the 2 white widows to see if they are girls. so lights are on 12/12 for the next couple days. soon as they show sex im chucking them back on 18/6 till the next 2 autos are done or until they fill up my screen then im flipping them back to 12/12. wish me luck.

Yes, definitely be sure to keep us updated on your next grow, I have a bunch of White Widow seeds myself and I'd be highly interested to see how yours progress.

well the last 2 days have been good for the white widow. the stems have really thickened up and they seem to have recovered completly from being transplanted into they're final pots will post a new thread as soon as the big bud has a decent amount of growth. they have just started they're second set of leaves. (only 7 days old)

total dry weight from ak47 was 34.4g plus the 10 odd i got from the 2 earlier failures. so all in all a pretty shit first grow. the ak is in a jar curing. smoke report. i feel wasted. has a nice chesty inhale that makes you cough and i nice after taste which you expect from ak47. kinda glad i have another 5 fem beans of this strain cos if its grown properly i can imagine the yeild would be huge. gonna concentrate on my white widow photo plants now. will post a new thread later. peace people.

didnt read through all of the thread but it was to my understanding that fan leaves, are like the solar panels to the plants, and give the budsites the energy that is needed. I tryed that myself to my first grow to 2 of my plants and caught a couple herms.

yeah ive come to understand that trimming them was a bad idea. not for the faint hearted and certainly not for autos.
