Whats Good Rollitup! First time posting, Week 5 of flowering Chemdog.

DigiB here with my chemdog grow. Im running a 400 watt hps in my closet, i have one female Chemdog flowering out in there in a 5 gallon root bag. Im using Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil and have been feeding with General Organics full line. Ive been steady with my PH through out the grow and the closest stays at about 70-80 degrees. My ventilation system isn't ideal but it seems to be handling it so far. This being my first i guess you can say serious grow im just wondering how shes looking for about 5 weeks in. My first sour grow years ago got ate up by mites horrible but since moved and have no such problems at all with this grow. Whens shes done i have a huge selections of autoflowers some fam gave me to run. Ill be journaling my auto attempt on here shortly. Thanks for any input!

Nice!!!!! That's what you want to see .... nice thick long hairs. I'm guessing she's mostly sativa. I see a little yellowing,.... I used to not worry about it, but after reading here for awhile I start rethinking.

Thanks for the input guys... I veged for about a month under just cfls and then put her and another i had under the 400. Unfortunately the one was a male... i was bummed bc i had done a nice top crop on it and it was very bushy. Im very happy with this girl here. I just changed her feeding to a heavy dose of my bio bud and bloom juices from General Organics. I wont be using ocean forest again the soil itself is kinda hot with nutes. I got a big bale of promix for my auto runs.

Promix........ that's what I use for dirt.... then I add perlite & vermiculite

I bet she'll chunk out good. I've used FFoF for a few years now without any problems. You should switch ferts.

thanks tharoomman i really hope ur right and she puts some serious weight on. Ive been trying to give her lots of carbs. What do you not like about the General organics line? what would you recommend instead? Im still a little new to the fert game haha.

nice plant and the chem is always a treat. I did chemdawg for the last couple cycles but think I'm gonna discontinue it for mob boss which is chemdawg x tang tang.

Thanks for the rep man. The chem is one of my personal favs, all the crosses are so nice as well. I really get into the piney or spicy strains. Never been a big fan of the fruity variety.

I don't think you can go wrong with the Fox farm Trio. I used it up until this grow and decided to change it up to something else equally as good. The owner of the store talk really good about this stuff. A tad bit more expensive than FF.IIn the last week I started going heavy on the nutes. Even with going almost double rec. amount for 2 waterings in a row, she hasn't shown one bit of nute burn.

yah dude that looks good i wouldnt be worried at all, jus dont over fertalize, thats the new growers biggest mistake usually. the Chem will fill out especially if your giving Carbs, nothing is instant dude, jus lay back n enjoy the show, next grow will be a lil less stressful cuz youll know what 2 expect. i know what the 1st big grow is like being a kid on a 2 month long christmas eve, wating 4 Santa 2 come with the Budds hahaha

Hey guys thanks for the input and i def feel like a giant kid waiting for Christmas to come haha! So my concern right now is that shes getting very heavy and starting to lean... so what should i use to give her some support? im worried about cramming something into the pot to hold her up, i dont wanna damage her roots.

aye bro fuckin finally somebody else is growing chem dog your shit looks sexy id bang that plant. but how tall is it? i am growing a little field and i have 3 chemdogs eith some others. my tent is like 6 1/2ft tall. do you think it will fit? right now its 2 1/2 ft tall on week 2 of flower. and seeing how your plant looks extremely dank ill take you advice

i've got 2 chem dawgs in my 7 foot tent and they stopped stretching on week 3 of flower to just over 4 feet...you should have enough room if you hang your lights flush against the top of the tent.

hes def right from first sign of sex all the way through about week 3 she got taller and taller... since shes topped out at just under 4 foot and hasn't seem to get any taller in the last few weeks. you should have enough room in the tent for those babies no problem.
