First off all - it is safe. second if a cop open it - nothing will happen, because it's legal. I set them off every day for testing and nobody give a F.

There is no explosion there and no damage to anything exept to what inside the tube. its not fit to start an arson it too small, the whole thing weights like 40 gram. once again its legal and you can by a look alike in stores anywhere. but who cares, this topic is more about something else then a device itself already.
 
ok then, let me post about this device that you define as not explosive but someone else might think differently , silly fucking idea. over here where I live you'll most def get more time for manufacturing what may be considered an explosive device. one of the most silly fucking ideas I've ever heard of. back to the drawing board buddy.
 
and if you watch the video the tube is def ruptured and you say there is no damage to anything but whats inside the tube, the scorched ground is certainly evidence of that.. this means you could hold it in your hand and ignite it eh? you carry that thing around in your pocket or what? stop with the james bond shit before its too late.

If an officer sees you pull that and sparks start flying everywhere he is going to back away from you and call for backup like its a reflex. Within minutes you will have LEO EMS and FIRE around you searching ALL your property (even your home on probable cause) and finding your paraphernalia. If you had more of these devices lying around your in big trouble. AND THAT'S AMERICA LAND OF THE FREE I can only imagine what RIGHTS YOU DON'T HAVE in your country lol.

You have to focus on stealth not destruction. Blend in with your culture OR move to a new one that works for you.

God damn peope. if you carry 10 grams of dope, what are you gonna do? eat it?
If you see them about to raid your home, the only option you got is flush, witch might not work. the pipe will work, by the time they get in the house they will only see paper smoke

First off i dont think you can even fit ten grams in that small thing. Second if you have police at the door and want to come in they need a warrant to do so. If they don't have one you dont have to open the door. If you ignite that device you have, it will produce smoke and give them probable cause to enter your home without the warrant. If they did have the warrant then you wont have time to ignite that device, and again they will smell smoke and call for the fire dept.

this device belongs in the Anarchist cookbook for pre teens.
 
yea...you light that that thing up around a cop and at best you are getting shot in the face by some trigger happy pig who wanted to fight terrorism but failed the marine corps psych exam.

If I lit my pot on fire in front of a police officer wouldn't he smell it? And if not, wouldn't a soda can with a tiny amount of gasoline work just as well? Better yet you could roll it up and smoke it real fast as he approached - tada, evidence gone lol
