Man, What a week.... Got 2nd degree burns on my leg from ramen noodles... Damn ac broke in the growroom and plants suffered because i could not walk! fml Anywho, Things are better now and new ac installed. Have a ton of huge plants to put in flower this next week. I will continue this thread i guess. Maybe this time it will be a little more interesting. Heres a few shot from some oddball plants that sat in the back of my room.They are querkle and blue widow: They finished up this week and look great! Cant wait for the cure. stay tuned

Update from paradise!

Looking great in here and harvest is coming soon, cant wait! New lights are really working out too. Even got some shooting powder about to be added to the nutes! I had to chop down this giant headband plant down. Started herming real bad and cant have that! Would have yielded like a beast, but oh well... Also check my other thread for more on the mendo montage testing, which is epic btw!

Update: Grow is coming along great! Harvest is about two weeks out now. Some unfortunate things have come up this week. So, I might miss this weeks picture session. Maybe not, just depends on time and travel. Either way I will keep you guys updated.


So yea, Today I got the bad news... My mom has been diagnosed with lymphatic cancer.
She will be having surgery soon. Today I proposed that she try Medical cannabis. She has always been the typical Christian fundie/pro drug war type. But, Times and people change I guess. She seems much more receptive to the idea now. She's not interested in big pharma, soooo yea...


Anyways, She is a resident of New Jersey thus having access to NJ mmj. Does anybody have any good links for info regarding this? Especially growing guidelines, caregivers laws etc? Might be looking to get some alternative treatment going soon! Maybe somebody can share there own experience through a similar situation. Any help would be appreciated.

Stay tuned for this one. Honestly, this Is probably the best crop Ive had in a long time. Genetics are locked in now and breeding projects in progress. I had a wacky year with "meh" genes and some issues with herms, not to mention some low yielders. All that is sorted out now and looking top notch. Anywho, Only about two weeks out now. I get those traps at any garden store. I really dont have much of an issue with bugs tho. In fact this crop has literally had none, not one bug! The traps are clean.lol
However, when i did have fly's I believe it was due to these cheap plastic grow bags i was using. Ive since switched to fabric bags that are far better. I'm still looking to try something new tho. This next round i might switch 'em up for aeration bags or something.

About the herms: The breeder was alphakronik. I started like six 10 packs of new strains(bad idea and lesson learned). Five did great and produced many desirable phenos, but I had some major problems with Sin city kush! I had All of 'em herm really bad. It happened around week 3 or 4 and after that everything in the room got dusted hard. Luckily, I was able to still beef 'em up till the end. I manage to still get a respectable yield in the end. However, It was still way lower than expected and could have been more. But, for what had happened Im lucky I got what I did. The quality was actually quite good. A few phenos were special. I really enjoyed a few flavors from that crop. Did have quite a few seeds tho. Some plants had it worse than others. Still was not bad bud. The worst would be like 100 seeds in an ounce. The better would be like 20-30 seeds in an ounce.


Im not sure what happened, but Ive been told the las vegas purple kush herms. Idk could have had something to do with it idk. Im thinking It may have been my feeding schedule or some other fault of mine??? Idk Plus, Since I was out of town for a few days I missed seeing this happen, I couldnt have stopped it, but I digress.
Im not going to bash the breeder he's a good dude. And like I said, I did find some keepsers. Unfortunately, I didn't keep any because I was unsure of what happened at the time. Upon reflection, I would probably Run the Bubba love and snowdawg2 again for sure. Those two have amazing flavor.


Now, on the breeding I might breed with GDP assuming I find something interesting and worth while. I started a 10 pack of kens gdp, but between some dying real young(runts) and a few not cracking I only have 5 Gdp's left. So, will shall see what happens with that. Honestly, I think my mendo montage plants will blow gdp right outa the water. She's such a pimp, such a winner! Check my new picture update when I post again. Omg, this baby is just great. Pimp macro's on the way!

is it mendo purps?i found out by the vender i deal with that my purps arent mendo purps but a dutch purps thats real old school.its killer weed and the yields can be huge depending on pheno.my las had a some hermies show up and f***ed my back up stoopin pickin those problems off tryin to save my bread and butta.got out with hardly any seeds,this isnt my first,lol,.i get a great deal on the fems ,get 10 fems fer 80. and they give yu 5 more free per pac yu buy...thier purple kush fems are very intoxicating never a hermie. bcseedking. but sometimes i think jus flat out get all DNA or other popular breeders price and get wat u pay for.i did chocolope las yr and i never seen anything quite like it,smelled choc toffee dank... yea pic her up wanna see yure purp..i do think mendo purps is the top of the line to me,maybe these gdp do good ,4 that are up 4 days old are solid purple to the leaf.all come up jus 2 bein slow cuz i opened the dome a couple times .
