great job, Phoebe. tighten up that scrog net so your plants don't pull it up as they grow, and it will be easier to train onto it.

day 15 of flowering!
They grew so much and so fast
one plant got too close to the light and got a bit burnt but i have raised the light and i am hoping they will not be getting any taller! ;)

Things I've Learnt so Far.....

1. Soil is good for beginners!

2. COCO is better and more efficient than SOIL

3. Marijuana Plants can be fickle!

4. PH'ing water is VERY important

5. Plants love to be pruned of their lower branches but do Not like having just leaves removed

6. Repotting is always a good thing - start small - go medium and then the day you want to move to flowering phase plant them into the biggest pot you have - they will love you for it

7. Light is good Light is great Light is glorious - go for as many watts and lumens as you can for your space

8. Experimenting will lead you to greater Heights

9. Don't bother Foliar Feeding you can get yourself into trouble

10. Love Your Plants and don't give up

11. Sometimes LESS is MORE! At harvest time I made a discovery: the plant that had the least Colas actually produced the Most! and the plant that had the Most Colas actually produced the least! mmmmmmmmm

12. Prune off all under branches the day you switch to flowering - pruning is good - you do not want popcorn buds - they will drive you nutty

13. Hesi Nutrients are really GOOD

14. Have as much ventilation as possible! Mold is not friendly... or perhaps it is way too friendly.....

15. If you start worrying too much about Temps and Humidity levels - there is a simple cure - remove your Temp Humid Gage and simply go on the visual aspect of your plants

16. Water plants when the light comes on - they feel like it is morning and they've just received some lovely rain to start their day right!

17. Bowls full of water and Wet Towels will help keep things nice and Humid

18. Bugs of some kind will usually make an appearance at some point - don't panic - most bugs Hate soapy water - so you can start with that!

19. Washing up liquid in soil will help separate it again after its already been used

20. COCO can do wonders for clones! I cut clones and placed them straight into coco mixed with perlite and without using any rooting powder or gel - I had a very high success rate! Also cut the clones quite TALL - that seems to work well!

21. Germinating seeds can be tricky - the simple way is to leave the seed inside wet kitchen towel inside a cd/dvd plastic cover (so it helps the kitchen towel stay damp) - leave the seed until you see it emerge FULLY from its shell - leaves an all - then plant it!

22. Patience is a good talent to have

Okay so everything went rather wrong
It got way way way too hot
and only 3 out of 7 plants made it to the end in good shape
1 plant turned into a crisp and passaway ......... and 3 others were half crisp
........the El Nino
and ..........the White Widow
and the small.......... Blue Elite Indica - all made it!

This was my first time trying to grow indoors in south spain - I thought I could keep it cool enough...... and obviously *some plants *can handle the heat better than others......... but only 3 out of 7 made it! :(
Slightly dissapointed to say the least
BUT it *is a learning process - and now I know all about Indoor growing in *Summer in south spain!
....... will post dry weight next week...... Fingers Crossed that I get a decent amount of ganjaaaaaaaaaaa
:)
