Double Dip Recession Coming?

I challenge you b/c you think you are comfortable and you believe our system of government will keep you comfy. You're the very person I oppose b/c if push comes to shove...you're the guy who would sell-out to the British and play neutral...be it in the 18th century or today. You're the fool who believes a corrupt system will somehow magically right itself.
the internet revolutionary knows me so well.

shouldn't you be out preparing a militia or something? perhaps stockpiling the compound with MREs while calculating launch trajectories?

LOL!

they dont work because people cant come to the realization that there are people out there that have it harder than them
No, they don't work because people can't come to the realization that you can't give away more stuff for free, than you take in.

I have absolutely no clue where you're coming from with that comment. It sounds like maybe you're trying to say 5 + 5 - 10 = 50, because if someone has it hard, then math doesn't need to make any sense. Correct me if I'm wrong.

so, since these programs are broke, i guess my bachie should not be expecting her SS check next month?

LOL!

:dunce:

yeah, and this is no way contradicts itself...

i need a lecture in logic from an anthropomorphist just like i need more rippers in my greenhouse.

The programs are broke, and yes they do keep paying out. Just like people file for bankruptcy and still spend money... your point is null. That's another substanceless statement made by you, because logic backed you into a corner.

You don't need anything else in your greenhouse, you just need logic in the house upstairs.

It's hysterical to see you cutting and pasting my sentences for your own manipulative purposes, it really does make me laugh. People like yourself will never go far enough in making a fool of themselves, will they?

SS ain't broke and won't be for some time now. medicare is worse off, but oh well. we'll figure it out. we're america, we always do.

it's hilarious that an anthropomorphist continues to try to lecture me about logic. just grand.

other nations have sustained higher long term deficits for longer. witness japan.

you'll learn about other countries in 7th grade civics, it's one of those things to look forward to as you grow up.
Good for Japan, but it doesn't have any bearing in relation to the USA.

Japan will go bust as well. Their GDP to debt ratio is around 200%, they own roughly 1 trillion in US treasuries, and are 2 trillion dollars in debt. A 200% GDP/debt ratio, while not a bankruptcy guarantee, is well beyond the "safe zone" of an economy, but you don't seem to understand much about the realms of financial/fiscal/monetary policies. In other words it's very much apparent, you know very little about money.

They are by no means in a financially sound position. Japan is one of the many other nations around this planet that will experience a default by the end of the century, via their current and irresponsible fiscal policies.

Don't worry folks, just as soon as Operation Twist is over in a couple weeks, Bernanke will start printing money on a massive scale, this will be like a double injection of Heroin to the body economic which is totally addicted to infusions of new drugs(Money).
Gotta double drop man, how many time do you NEED to come up man?! ;)

No silly, there are too many fools such as yourself still out there believing in a political pipe dream to make any coup a reality. And when the pipe dream ends, when people realize they have been systematically/economically raped for generations, I'll be there to support them b/c it's the right thing to do.

Regardless, I could easily purchase your assets.

May I suggest doing some homework prior to posting.

Social security is broke, you need to do some homework. Telling yourself it isn't, will not keep your SS check coming, when the government is obligated to remove such a perilously, unsustainable system.

It will be almost hysterical when the day comes when SS is chopped. You'll have a mob of broke people screaming "HEY I WAS PROMISED THAT SHIT RIGHT THERE!" & "I SPENT ALL MY MONEY CAUSE YOU PRICKS PROMISED ME!"

Just remember, promises don't mean shit in the world of politics. You'll have to learn that lesson the hard way it appears.

I agree we never left it but we are going to hear a constant drumbeat from the media between now and the election about how the economy is approving and everything Obama did (?) worked blah blah blah. It doesn't help them though, that the new unemployment rate is up a tad from 8.1 to 8.2. Of course if it were measured correctly, it would be about 14%
Agreed
True number is 14% you need count all the people who have given up looking for a job and the one that are 1/2 employed.

I almost never leave visitor messages, you're a special case b/c your views will not realistically serve the people in any way, shape, or form.

Why are you even here?, neither party supports our God-given right to grow..yet here you are playing political hack...your entire profile is full of everything other than cannabis.

Multiple factors could trigger it. Several prominent economists are already on record saying it is now inevitable, just a matter of how soon. Middle east flare-up, Euro, Greece, and now Spain - any one of them could set it in motion. Even if it just puts the brakes on the faint improvements of the past couple months (which it appears to have done based on this morning's numbers), it would have a devastating effect politically. It would take Obama out like a tsunami. That would be almost poetic since it was largely a freak (or manufactured) economic event that swept Obama into office to begin with.

what "freak" economic event put obama in office?
