Problems on Leaves (pic)

Hey guys first time grower and I am having a problem with one of my plants. Ive been doing research but cant figure out what the problem is. Ive included pictures and if you guys could perhaps diagnose the problem I would very appreciative.

what kind of soil?
how often you water?
hold old is she?
giving her nuts if so, what brand and how much and how often?
what is the ph of your soil?
what kind of light and what distance from the top leaf?

Lucas formula 1/2 strength (gave her super thrive last time I watered) about to kick it up to full strength today.
5.5-6.0

400 watt MH about 1-1.5 feet away

mmkay your ph is OFF u need it to be around 6.5 ish, as u can see by the chart below 5.5-5.9 u get no NITROGEN which could be your plobem, so before going full stregth run the plant for about 3 days at a ph of 6.5 that should clear things up and remember to keep it at 6.5. 5.5-6.1 is for hydro grow
