Yea. I'm at 2 emails. He at least answered my first warranty claim email and claimed that it was a bad power supply. I went through and put the new one in each slot on each panel and it didn't fix my issue. I got the 2011 v1 290w and one has 4 burned out rows of LEDs and the other has the two rows down the middle burned out. I've gotten no response from him since my follow up email.

Spam him, every day, and if need be threaten to share your experience witheveryone you know unless he makes it right. I fear he's officially done at this point, I hope he stands behind them for you guys though.

Just a followup, Mike answered my email. Asked me to ship the panels back to him (at my expense of course) to figure out what was wrong with them. I'll update again upon resolution.

Just my two cents but I would demand new panels be sent before I sent anything back to him. You could be in a worse spot than you are right now indefinitely if he decides to drag his ass, which I would expect.

I have a direct signature requirement on the package so I will know when he gets them. But, I put them on my credit card. If he wants to be a dick and not honor his 5 year warranty or be timely, I will just put in a charge back with my card and get my loot back.

I'll give him a chance to fix the issue before I push the issue.

Edit: Also, I suspect that the irishboy account may actually be his because as soon as I put a message on the visitor page (which no doubt gets more than a few visitors), I got an answer to my email. Also, I've yet to see anyone other than irish get the results that he has from those lights. I'm just slightly pissed because I bought into what I thought were legit journals. Anyways, I've got more cards up my sleeve if Mike wants to drag his ass on this.

Mike has had my panels for about 5 days. On my 2nd email again. Just letting everyone know.
