Noone else gonna stick up for the dealers?

Harsh on a pot site.
my support for growers should be quite obvious, as i am already sleeping outside to fend off thieves.

desert dude would be more inclined to side with the thieves than with me as long as the thieves were fellow rontards and self-righteous beyond all belief.

there's typically a pre-hearing interview done where things like assets are discussed. things like owning property and a business or having large sums of cash laying around are all considered and pre-trial services gives the judge a report, often with a recommendation of bail based on these items.

if you lie during this pre-hearing interview (including your spouse), you are mis-representing yourself which changes the equation. It's a risk assesment, when they don't have accurate information they can't make an accurate assesment. they'll bring him back in and the process will start over again. he'll request a bail hearing, he'll have the opportunity to show why he shouldn't be considered a flight risk. they'll re-asses the risk and set bond based on that assesment. I don't believe he is considered a threat to the community which of course is also part of the equation.
You beat me to it..but you are 100% correct

you are such a self-righteous tard.

if someone doesn't share your exact same rationale and beliefs about a proposition, they deserve to go to jail for their harmless activities.

justify it any way you want, but you are a self-righteous piece of shit. end of story.
It's pretty rich having you describing "harmless activities". Aren't you the one always defending all the DEA busts with, "show me one bust where they were in compliance with state law"? Aren't you the one who wants to put clinic operators in jail if they "drive a luxury car"?

Hypocrite Obama sycophant.

one can be non-compliant with state laws yet still be perfectly harmless. they're not mutually exclusive, mr. self-righteous.

and no, i don't want clinic operators in jail for "driving a luxury car", merely pointing out that buying luxury cars is not within the boundaries of running a non-profit.

no hypocrisy here, just pointing out your confusion, which is abundant.

now go back to spamming rawn pawl somewhere and chiding people for not thinking the exact same thoughts that you do. maybe start a rally against the first amendment and try to replace it with a "everyone has to share my self-righteous douchebaggery" amendment.

Maybe those "thieves" were actually just "social equalizers" who were taking from those that have. If they come back, I would expect for you to give them a big hug. :hug:LOL!

I am a retired vet. I done my time in hell, and I am licensed and carry, usually multiple because I had law enforcement training and you always carry a backup weapon. I don't care your race, creed, sexual orientation, or anything. If anyone threatens me or my family, they will be afforded every opportunity to dis-engage and leave. But there is a saying about messing with old veterans. If a veteran is too old or tired to fight, he may just kill you outright and take the judged by 12 over being carried by six option.
I can't help but break a long break in posting....You, sir, are a fraud. I am 62 years old, my husband was an INFANT (Iraquois Night Fighter and Night Tracker) pilot in Viet Nam. He never talks about it. My cousin was undercover during the Patty Hearst kidnapping. He doesn't talk about it either. My neighbor was special forces in Cambodia. Neither does he. I know these things because I have known those men since it went down.

For the last 40-fucking-plus-fucking-years, the only people I've heard who spouted this sort of crap sat behind desks in Florida. They now all sound just like you, and refer to themselves as "Viet Nam (era) vets".

Those who did it, don't talk about it, and I'm talking BOTH military and law enforcement. The rest of you assholes ran the movie theaters in Saigon and wrote parking violations. SHUT. THE. FUCK. UP.

For those who know me, this blow up may come as quite a shock. But if you were there, this phony Bush/Cheney Chickenhawk shit gets older by the day. cheers, mg

Ahem....and now the reason I came to this thread. Zimmerman.

I notice nobody has mentioned the duplicate passports? That should prove to be a huge incentive for the Feds to get involved. If you lose a passport or have one stolen (twice, for me), it's a big deal. The paperwork to get a duplicate is lengthy and you promise to immediately return any passport reported lost if it is later found. Zimmerman knowingly turned in the passport about to expire, kept the one that was valid until 2014, and talked about it with his wife. Not only a racist, but a dumb racist. But...that's redundant, right?

Also seems the wife should be looking at some sort of accessory or conspiracy (speak of the devil) charges that should end any nursing career aspirations. Talking in code they'd watched on Law & Order was especially heartwarming.

Zimmerman had a special sense of entitlement because daddy was a magistrate (not a lawyer, nor likely not even a college graduate) which is an interesting Southern good ole boy form of justice. Happily, he's now pissed off a guy who wears a black dress to work who also bothered to go to law school. Perjury is the tip of the iceberg, and this guy has embarrassed or infuriated enough people in law enforcement and government that he has no sympathy at this point, probably not even from his own counsel.

This guy is a shining example of why America is looked at sideways by the rest of the planet.

This is only going to get better.

Fucking idiot had a strong defence of "I'm the only one left alive, so believe me!" which he's totally fucked up now.

Given these revelations, I'm slowly starting to swing more to Bucks side of thinking on this, he now seems like the sort that could've actively "stalked" Trayvon cos he knew he was armed and he'd be able to claim SYG.

yes, come on over to the dark side. muahahahahahahaha!

they included in the evidence an anonymous neighbor who said that zimmerman believed in racist ideologies and would actively escalate a situation to be able to do something like what happened that night.

considering his myspace page and the way he taunted a co-worker in a racist fashion seems to fit this narrative. not to mention the lopsided history of the 911 calls.

If the drug war ends for cannabis, the bottom drops out of the price of cannabis. When the drug war ends the current cartel members will have to turn to a different line of work. That is the simple bottom line, and that is the reason that most growers and distributors like the status quo. They don't want cannabis legalized. When you support the status quo and you are a cartel member, you run the risk of becoming a casualty in the drug war. That's what happ ened to FDD.
Yes siree boy are they gonna love your not so smart ass god fucking bless Karma

A good portion of the pro weed yet anti prop 19 crowd almost 2 entire years ago (Good job keeping grudges) honestly fear Corporate takeover by guess who? The very same cartels you hate. So try to follow along now. Business works the same in the Underground it your Biz is seriously dying due to factors out of your control like technology or laws the only option is to launder and diversify away or lose it all. What do you think the reason is for all this dragging of feet acceptance of medical is? Just giving their cronies time to transition before the inevitable.

I wouldn't quite put it like that, but emerging facts caused me to change my thinking on it, coz in fairness Zimmermans story originally covered the "reasonable doubt" part quite well, but now he's been shown to be unreliable making his testimony equally as unreliable.

I never said Zimm was right to do what he did by the way, I just said he'd get away with it ;)

I still think Zimmerman will walk. His story, along with the physical evidence, covers reasonable doubt very well. The lieing about the funds issue will probably not be admissible in court, so a jury will never hear it, and on top of that it was his wife who lied.

Trust more facts to come. Only fools and idiots really support the Zimman now.
