Zimmerman bond revoked

Let me repeat, for the dullards, I don't know or presume to guess who started the actual physical assault, and I firmly believe that will decide the outcome. If you have video or something OTHER than conjecture, I'll be glad to consider it. Sorry I'm not willing to jump on your little bandwagon and convict him because YOU say so.

What an idiot.
This is one if the most rational statements I've seen on this thread.
I just don't see the point of arguing over this and taking sides.

But I will say I see some basic facts that are being overlooked by the Zimmerman haters.

1. The US constitution guarantees all citizens a fair trial by a jury of our peers.
2. Only a jury can convict or acquit George Zimmerman.
3. Not a single one of you people are part of that jury.

I have no dog in this fight, just saying.

If the topic is the bond his lawyer, Omara, claims and has made claim to the judge that the money is in trust and neither he nor Zimmerman has access to it. Omara is not going to lie to the courts system he is a real lawyer with a rep and could lose his license to practice if he made false claims, did not happen. With that said the fact that Zim showed up right away when ordered shows he is not a flight risk and will be out at the next hearing. All just politics and presure, we are inocent until proven guilty here in the US and the bond is not a punishment it is just to make sure you show up. That simple he will be out soon.
:wall:
Once again turning over control of the money did not happen until after the bond hearing. Zimmerman and wife had control over the money during that bond hearing. They were recorded on jail house tapes discussing the money in code... and actually Zimmerman did not show up right away. He showed up two hours before the deadline. Zimm needs to just sit in jail and wait his day in court.

He showed up 2 hours before the deadline? In other words, he showed up early.

guess I hit a nerve...lol. Stop trying to pretend...One difference between you and me.. I can stand up for mine, while you pretend to be non-bias. Dude again you see through. I can pretty much go back and read all your post and see just how you stand. You have not been yourself ever sense Obama became your President...LOL
You hit a nerve to the same degree that dogshit hits a nerve when I have to scrape it off my shoe.

There's no pretending in my position at all, just because I'm unwilling to predetermine someone's guilt, doesn't mean I support him at all. You THINK you've hit home runs with your arguments, so you can't fathom anyone not jumping on board with your deductions. All I've seen is a rush to judgement, enmity of SYG laws and vapid suppositions. If it's ok with you, I'll wait for the trial and any further evidence that's released, thanks.

Do you have a reason why Zimmerman tried to mislead the court about the money he received from the website. I guess he was not wrong in doing that either.. Claiming broke when you talking in code to your wife about money you have in your account. Yeah right on the reserve judgment shit. I hope you don't think you fooling anyone.

Hey guys Zimmerman only has 375 dollars on his account now. He will need you suckers to put more money on his books. He can only have 500 bucks on at a time. Letters will also be appreciated.

So tell me genius, since you were there, you can say with absolute certainty that Martin didn't assault Zimmerman for following him? Shut the fuck up, you condescending little prick. Don't try to tell me what I think, you can barely articulate rational thoughts of your own on this forum. Just because you have your weak little mind made up, doesn't mean we all have to come to the same conclusion.

I'm glad that there are still SOME rational minded folks in the world! I've been accused of a crime I DID NOT COMMIT! I wouldn't wish that on anybody. There is a good possibility that Zimmerman was attacked first and was justified to do what he did under Florida law. Even if it were an extremely remote possibility, I would still reserve judgement until I've actually heard and or seen the actual evidence and not just MSM snippets and soundbites. Even if he is guilty of committing murder or manslaughter, you're not going to see me belittling and attacking the guy. I wonder if it makes guys like london and bucky feel all good about themselves to be calling the guy names and writing him off as a waste of flesh..........regardless of what he has done, he is still a human being! I have never understood people who disparage others they've never met. :?

Zimmerman is so damn credible.
After killing Trayvon , he told police he did’t have a criminal history. He did. Weeks later, he told the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office he had never been in a pretrial-diversion program. That’s also untrue.
He contradicted himself on the witness stand in April, telling Martin’s family during an apology that he had thought their son was close to his age. The night of the shooting, Zimmerman, 28, described the Trayvon to police as in his “late teens.” And now Zimmerass is back in jail because he sat silently as his wife, Shellie, testified — under oath — at his bond hearing in April that the couple were, essentially, flat broke. At the time, they had access to about $135,000, funds raised through a website he launched after he shot Martin. He kinda shot himself in the foot with Judge Lester. It could of been settled at an immunity hearing under Florida’s stand-your-ground law, which allows deadly force to prevent death or serious injury. Lester will be the same judge who presides over that and he just determined Zimmerman was deceitful and threw him back in jail. Good luck with that immunity. Yup trial or a plead out

I really couldn't care less what you think. Unlike you, I won't be celebrating, mentally or otherwise when the verdict comes out, regardless of the outcome. I have been unwavering in my position, from the first post I made. If my arguing possibilities of innocence because of the flood of accusatory and often misguided posts and because of my belief in the presumption of innocence has led you to mistake me for a supporter, that's your bias working it's magic.

I guess people taking the low road like to throw stones at those who won't join them. Sorry pal, douchebaggery and insults won't elevate your character.

zimmerman is not innocent. When told we don't need you to follow he should have just went back to his truck...period. He did not because he wanted to catch the ones that always get away. When Trayvon attempted to SYG from the creepy Zimmerman...Zimmerman killed him

I agree he should have returned to his truck, I would have. However, he was well within his rights to go anywhere that Martin went as long as he wasn't trespassing, if Martin attacked him for it, Zimmerman will probably walk. Just as you wouldn't legally allow Zimmerman to preemptively attack Martin, you can't say Martin can preemptively attack Zimmerman. Of course, it's all a moot point if Zimmerman physically held or attacked Martin first.

of course, your analysis is completely useless as the prosecution has taken this to court in spite of the fact that no one knows who "started" the final confrontation.

the fact is that zimmerman truly started it, because there is no way he was returning to his truck. he had just chased martin south down the road, and the final confrontation happened to the north and east of zimm's truck where he could not have been looking for an address.

hence, ultimately avoidable by zimmerman.

At the point that Zimmerman did not return to his truck is when I put the blame squarely on his shoulders. Zimmerman Followed Trayvon. Got out his truck to do so after calling 911. Was told not needed to do it. Still did it...and you sit and say he has no blame..GTFO... At what point do you defend Trayvon. Hell he just wanted to talk on the phone and eat skittles (maybe smoke a little weed ) and drink some tea. Zimmermans word is dogshit...he keeps proving it everyday.

not only did he follow martin once while on the call as martin ran away, he went looking for him after the call, found him, and chased him again.

martin wasn't even headed towards zimm's home or anything, what the fuck concern of his was it?

right now he is just a proven liar not a murderer he will have his day in court but now it will be harder because he is a proven liar and now everything will be second guessed by the jury ie. "is that how it really went you know he is a proven liar" or" are those tears real you know he is a proven liar" not going to be an easy sell anymore it was tough at first but now. hopefully somone has a tape or thier will be a witnesses because a murder should not go free or an innocent man go to lail.

Except that the majority of legal analysis I've seen is saying the prosecutor has overcharged and doesn't have a chance in hell. So, my analysis seems to bear a striking resemblance to a great many legal experts.

Are you still trying the address angle? Wasn't that Zimmerman's father who said that? Did Zimmerman ever actually say that in any of his statements? I don't know. If not it's meaningless, he can simply say that was his father's hypothesis not his actual explanation. I'm sure the father will corroborate that.

Just curious why you don't afford Trayvon Martin the same presumption of innocence?
dude he is one of those that pretend they are on the fence, when in reality they want to see Zimmerman get away with killing Trayvon. No matter what evidence surface against Zimmerman they will always find an excuse for their woman beating, unemployed, loser hero.
