hey blue you know how to supercrop? if so how do you do it
Bluejeans starting at the bottom of the plant and working your way up every 1 1/2 in. Take the plant in your hand at the node and then put your other hand on the next node. Twist it backwards against itself SLOWLY untill you feel a snap of the inner phloem breaking. Do this on plants in veg every 10-14 days. It will slow you growth down in veg. But your plants will be beasts. Everytime you snap that phloem it grows in size when it heals. Def do this with your mothers if you keep em. Do the branches too.
Its good to practice on old stems before you move on to your live plants. That way you won't kill your plants
This is totally new information to me! ... I will have to practice on that one. Is it ever too late to start that? I have 12 plants in veg right now, some of which will be moving to flower in a couple of weeks. For that matter, how early do you start?
Thanks KAB!
Now my next question is when to start counting flowering. For instance, a breeder pack says "finishes in 65 days"... let's assume then that I want to target a certain time for harvest. So I count back 65 days and that would be what? When she starts to flower? When she goes into 12/12? What is that 65 days counting? Cuz I'm gettin' confused.

In response to the supercropping question, here is one that I supercropped. The first picture was taken right after cropping a branch. The second picture was taken a few days later. Notice how the branch sort of swells at the injury. That is it's way of healing. That branch will be stronger and tougher for having been supercropped. They take 5-7 days to properly heal.

As a few others have said, you count day one flowering when you see the true flowers starting to form. Preflowers do not count because you can have preflowers even when your in veg. I am talking about when flowers start forming where your bud sites are. That is Day 1 flowering.
Some people count day 1 when they change the lights to 12/12 but that is not correct. The plant doesn't notice it right away so starting day 1 when you go 12/12 is not correct. If you switch over to 12/12 day one would be when you start to see flowers developing, kinda like little cottonballs. This usually happens about a week and a half after switching to 12/12
Hey blue, I got some pics up on my thread of the strain I created. Its a beast. Here is the link. The picture is on the 3rd page.
