No I basically said he's an asshole for following and shooting someone. I also said I think he'll get away with it. Not taking sides cept the one that disagrees with murder.
We're all human here, no one agrees with murder. We just disagree that this was murder. Manslaughter, maybe, but not murder.

He followed, approached and shot a kid (who was walking back from the shop, possibly stopped for a joint and a chat to his missus) in the chest with a hollow point 9mm...that's murder dude.

Ok so next time I bring the dog out for a stroll in the forest to get blitzed in the nature and walk around "like I'm on drugs" some dude can walk up, aggressively ask me what I'm doing and then shoot me if I object/try get him to fuck off?

Are you from planet loo-lah or something?

what were his intentions in following him then, Z has said he believed M was a perp, so when you are trying to keep someone from getting away with something your are trying to______________ them. M certainly didn't get away from the scene even though Z stated he was running away. If he was running away, Z had to ______________ up, before he could ________ him. A. Catch B. Kill C. Fuck D. Control
Since he said, on the 911 tape, "They always get away." he may already resigned himself that M would get away. Your attempt to frame this as a multiple choice question where all the choices are slanted ain't going to cut it.

that must have been why he told police to call him for his location, and not to meet him at the location he had previously described. :dunce:

you're so fucking dumb that you make my chickens look smart.

It's awesome that you've joined the lynch mob and can now say with psychic authority, exactly what happened in the moments before the shooting. I think I'll go ahead and wait and see how it pans out in court.

You'll notice the DA didn't charge George with perjury, so absolutely NOTHING has changed as far as I can see. She allegedly lied under oath, if they can convict her, good for them. The only thing it changes in this case is the amount of Zimmerman's bond.

zimmerette has also testified about zimmerboy's character, tried to downplay violent history under oath, etc.

The physical evidence? This was investigated with the presumption of Martins guilt and Zimmerman the victim, even then the officers said they saw holes in the story. If he would have accidently run M over in his car there have been a more thorough investigation done.
It's hard to downplay the gashes to the back of Z's head, the broken nose, the grass stains on his back. the bruised knuckles that M had, the lack of any injuries indicating an assault on M's body (other than a single, fatal gunshot wound fired from point blank range). These all indicate the incident occurred as Z stated. None of the witnesses statements at the time indicated Z's statements were false. M's father, when played the 911 tape, said that was NOT HIS SON calling for help. After consulting his attorney, and only after, he stated otherwise. You want to dismiss the physical evidence (I see by your later posts) and go with Z killed M because he's a racist and Z's a racist because he killed M. Circular logic.

Zimmermans case depends entirely on his word, which has been proven to be false every step of the way.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

The officers saw holes in the story and presumed he was innocent?

I think you are just bored and trolling, but... The only lie, and that is debatable, I have seen is the statement about the defense fund. Are there more?

they are blacked out right now, but based on the tales papa zimm and brozimm were telling, some lies got told somewhere along the way. like the "he was just walking back to his truck" one. or the "he was looking for an address behind the houses one". or how about the whole "he was trying to inch my way to the grass" one?

LOL!

If it occurred exactly as you said, and only as you said, that would be murder. But we already know, by EVERYBODY"S account that it did not happen that way. The insult at the end will end our conversation.
