reduce the frequency of watering, allowing the soil to dry out. cover the top of the soil with a thick layer of sand. hang sticky pads in grow area.

Honestly, I vegged in 16oz cups of light warrior until they had a nice root zone and transplanted straight to 5 gallon buckets of super soil. I probably vegged a total of 8 weeks. They had a slow veg do to the LA Con.
That lil of a pot for that long didnt harm it or stunt the growth? couldnt you have gone bigger and had better growth? or does that not happen, or did you want or need to keep in veg longer due to space issues?
Just asking for gaining knowledge, no harm intended

what lineage is this? looks good
((bubbashine)female) X ((appalachia)male)
bubbashine female- bubbakush X bluemoonshine
appy male- green crack X tre dawg

The yield is not great, but the medical properties of this strain are great! I have ptsd, anxiety, and severe lower back pain which this strain helps immensely. She tastes and smells of sour butter. Its a quite different taste and aroma......

I just got some SS premix from Ebay today lol. Coco is becoming too much work and water for me drain to waste so i'm switching. I'm looking for a good base soil myself. I don't want pests so what is clean and effective these days for SS? I haven't used soil for over a year and had pest problems with FFOF in the past. Is everyone still using Roots?

First time using super soil. I still have a few kinks to work out with my water, but I'm quite pleased with the results. I'm looking into some TGA strains to throw into the mix.

my suggestion would be to buy the stuff and mix it yourself, dont rely on someone else's word saying whats in it.

does supersoil have better results than hydro? potency wise

I'd have to say that potency is most dependent upon the strain and the level of attention you give your plant. A properly run Hydro set-up is going to give your plants everything that it needs in order to make awesome flowers. However, I have found that the smell, taste and ease of growing is much better than any hydro run I have ever run. seriously the tastes that come out of growing with this organic blend is simply amazing.
