if you cut the nuts off they will simply grow back. that thing wont make buds, only balls.

I SEE PISTILS AND BALLS! you have yourself a hermie boyyyiiiieeeeee... I would say let it grow out and pollinate it self, collect the seeds and BAM!!! WHAMMM!!! SLAMM!!! you have feminized seeds that have a about a 15% chance of herming out, unless of course the hermaphrodite is from random light changes or a light leak, then you have a much smaller chance of getting a hermaphrodite from your new batch of 100+ feminized seeds.

LOOK AT THE LAST STEM IN THE PICTURE, OR THE ONE CLOSEST TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PICTURE. KIND OF ON THE RIGHT SIDE! THOSE ARE PISTILLS! and thhen at the top of the pic those are balls, meaning you will maybe get some buds.
