Yea i am outside it's gets up too 105 degrees.. But my a/c is on during light hours in my room an i have it at 70 degress and most of my light hours are at night wich temps go down to about 80 degrees. But that damn 400w with out the air hood is killing me. And i really can't afford an airhood right now that's why i'm wondering about the inline fans?

Actually, Milk has a whole lot of vitamins and minerals that are beneficial to your plants...but you only use like 1/4 tsp to a gallon of water...and it is no huge difference, just a slight improvement in general health in my opinion...but only do it once or twice per grow...

Yea i was thinking mold and bugs too.... But hey anybody have any ideas on how the fuck to lower my temps. My dark times are at 85 and light is 105 i have my mh400w about 1ft and a couple inches away from the plant. They are bat wings so have no air hood i have a plastic hanging under the light bulb so not much heat will hit the plants helped a little but can i grow under this conditions.
If dark time runs 85, your room is way too warm. You may need an A/C or a bigger A/C. A co2 system would allow those temps and increase growth rates.

If you're pumping 100 deg air though the room with a couple decient fans there's no way a small AC is gonna be able to compete with that.
Bigger AC is the answer.

If you're showing light when they're on then the only thing you are losing is some light intensity and your stealth.
If you're 100% sure no light is getting during lights out, then no worries.
80 Deg F is a good temp & shouldn't cause you any problems.

I just went back & reread the whole thread & see you said "I have 2 about 8inch fans blowing with white reflective mylar 400wmh 1ft couple inches over 5 seedlings." and in my experience my temps always drop after I get the plants well into veg. They seem to lower the temps.
But again, if you're @ 80, you're golden.

I heard u got hermies if it light leaks. And is it bad if my intensity or stealth is low
if light gets in during the dark period they can hermie, just make a vent thats shaded, like a j shaped tube with a sock at the end with holes on it, no light should get in.

Ok so I heard if I add milk to my soil that it will make my bud stinkier and stickier. Im just wondering if thats true or not. And while im posting would anybody know how much will a 400whps run me a month on 12/12 maybe even 18/6 thanks riu you guys are all helpfull
1 part milk in 9 parts water is a good foliar spray to prevent or control powdery mildew thats about all you could use milk effectively. Other than that there is no reason to use milk.
