Total Head, or anyone else, is this true? I never heard that. I think it's a felony even if you grow one plant, not sure though. I know people have been felony busted for growing less than 50 lbs in Mass.

Kewl.... Wyoming is free and clear!!! I'm not advocating my state as an option. But there is not income tax here. We are mushed between 2 states where weed is quasi legal. Unless you are moving weight here the cops generally don't fuck with you. It's kind of one of those "if you don't rub it in our faces we won't hassle you" kind of deals. Not many people here. Lots of out of the way places to live. And even in the small towns people aren't up your ass and all in your business like they are down south. I live 6 hours from any fucking place and I kinda like it that way.

one "could" get hit with a felony but it's not an automatic felony charge. it depends on some shit. you could in theory get busted twice and still not catch a felony. it depends on how they want to come after you. from NORML:

I live in mass and its not the greatest. Nice place to live but no MMJ and high taxes. Maine, Colorado, Hawaii and New Hampshire all look real nice.

My friends on maui tell me that the cops there r the dirtiest mofos around, they say the cops r the ones moving all the meth around the island. So maybe it was so easy for u to buy herb across from the popo station cause they were the ones makin the dude sell it.

If you want to sell then you need to take a different approach. Everyone so far has named places that have loose laws. But let's think about that logically. Alot of people go there with the same intent as you, so selling there will be very hard. By the time you retire I'm sure another MMJ state will pop up. If there laws are somewhat loose, then go there.

When I did farmout MIO's (Maritime Interdiction Operations) off of Central America it wasn't uncommon to sink 7 to 10 tons of brick pressed weed.....

The reason they leave the felony limit so ambiguous is to give prosecutors leeway in who they decide to hammer and who not to. You could only be currently growing one plant. But if you have distribution parphinalia then they can legally claim you had an intent to distribute. If you aren't dealing at all and are keeping quiet then the odds of the fuzz being at your door for growing are slim. If you do happen to get found out that under 50lbs mandatory felony can work out in your favor. Depending on your record, standing in the community (I live in a small ass town..... so that shit still counts) and whether or not the DA is on the rag....
 
I would move to las vegas. You can have 7 plants. Prime rib for 5 dollars. Eat out all the time cheap, go to shows. Gamble on football without having to wait for overseas payouts. And houses are 50k to 75 k check trulia.com Im thingkin of moving there myself.
 
I would suggest Nebraska. Particularly... 917 Perkins St. Beatrice, NE.

Great people, near a park and shopping. Lots of corn fields. What more could you want?
